- AN UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY:
Case FIR No. 121/18 has been
registered at PS Shimla-Sadar
on 25.06.2018 U/S 143 188 IPC on the rukka of HC Pyar Singh, I/O PS Sadar,
Shimla alleging therein that on 25.06.2018, he alongwith staff was on law
& order duty at CTO Shimla. At about 05-00 PM, about 50/60 CITU
workers under the leadership of Sh. Vinod Barsanta gathered there and
started to shout slogans againt the District Administration &
Management of Hotel Diamond,
without getting any permission from district administration. The case is
being investigated by HC Piar Singh, I/O PS Sadar.
- During last 24
hours 576 vehicles were
challaned under Motor Vehicle
Act, Compounded= 337
fine realized Rs. 1,25,700/-
and 33 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,700/-.
FOLLOW-UP:
- Accused Sanjay Chauhan
S/o Sh. Chunni Lal Chauhan R/o Village & PO Kaina Tehsil Jubbal
District Shimla, HP, age 41 years, arrested in case FIR No. 52/17 Dt.
25.06.2018 U/S 354 IPC at PS Jubbal,
is remanded in Police Custody upto 27.06.2018, by the Ld. Court.
