Crime Report On June 24, 2018

1.    AN UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY case FIR No. 119/18 dated 23.06.2018 u/s 143 & 188 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the Rukka of HC Shiv Dev I/O PS Sadar stated therein that on 23.06.2018 at about 5.30 PM he alongwith staff was performing law and order duty at CTO where Sh. Kishori Lal Dhatwalia President, Sh. Balak Ram Secretary, Sh. Vinod Barsanta joint Secy, Sh. Mohan Lal Stage Secy of CITU and 40/50 CITU workers organized a dharna at CTO and shouted slogans against the Deputy Commissioner Shimla and owner of Hotel Diamond without permission of the distt administration. The case is being investigated by ASI Rupender I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

2.    During last 24 hours 246 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 168 fine realized Rs. 66,700/-, 25 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,700/- and 03 Challaned under Mining Act & fine Realized Rs. 7000/-.
