Crime Report on June 20,2018

1.    A TRESPASS case FIR No.  75/18 Dt. 19.06.18 U/S 451 323 147 148 149 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the complaint of  Sh. Moda Ram S/O Sh. Shai Ram VPO Dansa Tehsil Rampur Bsr  alleging therein that on 18-06-18 Sunil, Hukam, Moti Ram, Leela Devi, Raj, Raj, Khem Raj and Padma Devil R/O Makroli PO Dansa Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt. Shimla HP  entered the premises of his nephew house Ganga Ram and beaten with stick’s and sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Garib Dass I/O PS Rampur.

2.  AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 121/18 dated 19.06.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC &187 MV Act has been registered at PS Theog on the complaint of Smt. Parvati Sharma w/o Sh. Bhoop Ram R/o Vill Aalo PO & Tehsil Theog alleing therein that on 19.06.2018 evening when she was going to her home from Bheklti at the same time one Tipper No. HP63A-7001 came rashly and negligently and hit her and ran away from the spot. In this accident she sustained injuries.

3.    A CHEATING case FIR No 76/18 Dated 20-06-18 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Chauhan B.D.O. Rampur Bsr Distt. Shimla alleging therein that during the Year 2015-2016 officiating Pradhan Gram Panchyat Taklech and Secretary  knowingly prepared forged documents of MANREGA Narsari work and other govt. policies at Gram Panchyat taklech and cheated local people and Government. The case is being investigating by ASI Ram Singh I/C  PP Taklech.

4.     A THEFT case FIR No. 42/18 Dt. 19.06.18 U/S 379 IPC PS Nerwa has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Singh Ranta S/o Sh. Hari Singh R/o Village Lachhog A/P BDC Member Pouria ward alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen away his Compressor. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PS Nerwa.

5.   A Theft case FIR No. 68/18 dated 20.06.2018 u/s 379 IPC has been registered at PS Chopal on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Bragta S/o Sh. Bragta R/o Village Thana, Tehsil & PS Chopal, District Shimla HP alleging therein that in the intervening night of 17/18-06-2018 some unknown persons has stolen away compressor owned by Sh.Rajveen Ranta contractor HPPWD Chopal parked at Runen for last 9/10 months. The case is being investigated by HC Moti Lal No. I/O PS Chopal  

6.   During last 24 hours 342 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 163 fine realized Rs. 79,000/- and 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,100/-

Follow up

1.      Accused Shanta Kumar S/o Sh. Jeet  Singh R/o Vill. Latheri, P.O Banthal, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, Age- 29 years, arrested in case FIR No. 111/18 Dt. 16.06.2018 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar, released on bail by the Ld. Court today.

2.      Accused Harwinder Pal S/o Sh. Satish Kumar R/o House NO. A-21 Green Estate Barwala Road Derabassi, District Mohali, Punjab arrested in case FIR No. 80/18 Dt. 11.06.2018 u/s 376 IPC at PS Rohru remanded in Police Custody upto 21.06.2018.
