Crime Report on November 30, 2017

1.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 79/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 29.11.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Dalip Singh S/o Sh. Gorkhu Ram R/o Village & PO Dochi Tehsil & PS Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that on 29.11.2017 at about 06-05 PM, a vehicle No. HP10-0428 came rashly and after hit him run away from the spot. In this accident he sustained injuries on his left leg. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal.
2. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 239/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 30.11.2017 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ashok Verma S/o Lt. Sh. Jash Ram R/o Village Phayal, PO Shoghi, Tehsil & District Shimla alleging therein that on 29.11.2017 at about 09-30 PM, his elder brother namely Vinod Verma was wrongfully restrained & assaulted by three persons namely Ishwar Dutt S/o Lt. Sh. Med Ram, Nittu S/o Sh. Krishan  & Nitesh S/o Sh. Krishan all are the resident of Village Phayal, PO Shoghi, Shimla with wooden rod, when  he was on the way to home.  The case is being investigated by HC Sushant, I/O PS Shimla West.
3.    A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No 146/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 30.11.2017 U/S 341,323,506,427,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rohit Ranta S/O Sh. Hardayal Singh Ranta R/O Daroti Po Tikker Teh Rohru Distt Shimla H.P, alleging therein that today on 30.11.2017, he alongwith his relatives was going to attend the marriage in village Shekal, On the way three persons namely Sumit, Pankaj and honey obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. They have also broken his car and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Rajinder Singh, I/O PP Tikker.
4. During last 24 hours 181 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 54  fine realized  Rs. 19,700/- and 30 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,000/-.

1.   Accused Amit Thkaur S/O Late Sh. Kamal Thakur R/O Thakur Niwas Near Block No. 51 Sector-4 New Shimla Distt. Shimla H.P. Age 26 Years, arrested in case FIR No. 237/17 Dt. 25.11.2017 U/S 376 IPC & 3(I) SC& ST Act at PS Shimla West, is remanded in Police custody upto 02.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.

2.  Accused (1) Laky Dorje Bangshe S/O Sh. Pena Bangshe R/O Village & PS  Chapsha, District Chukha, Bhutn Age 22 Years, (4th Year Civil Engineering student) (2). Kin Jog Thinley S/O Late Sh. Nado R/O Village Jhaan Sarvo, PS & District Punakha, Bhutan, aged 25 years (4th Year Civil Engineering student) (3) Phunsho Chopel S/O Phuvrinzen R/O Village and PS Paro, District Gepte, Bhutan aged 21 years, (4th Year Architect student)  and (4) Sonu @ Tashi S/O Sh.Kishan Singh, R/O Village Haripur, PO Sarol, PS, Tehsil and District Chamba aged 26 years (1st Year M;Tech student), arrested in  case FIR No. 135/17 Dt. 27.11.2017 U/S  307, 341, 147, 149, 323 IPC at PS Shimla East, are remanded in Police custody upto 02.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on November 29, 2017

1.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 138/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 27.11.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mohan Guleria, I/C PP Narkanda alleging therein that on 27.11.2017 at about 05-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff when they reached at Tikker, one person namely Prem Bahadur S/o Sh. Govind Bahadur R/o Jagganath Ward No.-4, Distt. Dailakh, Nepal A/P  C/o Mahender R/o Village Jarol, Tikker apprehend by them alongwith 07 Bottles of Country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Guleria, I/C PP Narkanda.  
2.    A WRONGFUL CONFINEMENT: Case FIR No. 144/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on  28.11.17 U/S 323 342 506 365 392 34 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Tasleem S/o Sh. Aqueel Khan R/o Shop No. 192, Okhla Sabji Mandi, New Delhi India alleging therein that on 23.09.2017, he alongwith Imran, Bablu came to Rohru from Delhi to purchase the apples, where Hatinder Negi, Guglu & Kamal Chauhan met with him and demanded for money. At the same time Baldev Thakur alongwith 4/5 persons came there, started to abuse & beaten them brutally. They forcibly took them in a car somewhere, wrongfully confined them and  also snatched their mobile, Cash & Cheques etc. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar No. 222, I/O PS Rohru.
3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 202/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 29.11.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Abhishek Negi S/o Sh. Shiva Negi R/o Village & PO Kamru Tehsil Sangla District Kinnaur alleging therein that today on 29.11.2017, he was coming towards Rampur in his Car No. HP35-3949. As he reached near Nogli, at the same time a Car No. HP25A-2602 driven by Mukesh Joshi, came rashly and hit his car, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Garib Dass, I/O PS Rampur.   

4.  During last 24 hours 188 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 59  fine realized  Rs. 30,000/- and 17 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/-.

Crime Report on November 28, 2017

1.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 54/17 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 27.11.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Gurdev Singh, I/O PS Nerwa stated therein that on 27.11.2017, on the secret information he alongwith staff conducted raid in the house of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/o Sh. Raiya Ram R/o Village Bajah PO Tikkeri, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla and recovered 17 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Gurdev Singh, I/O PS Nerwa.
2.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 98/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 27.11.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bir Singh I/O PS Jhakri alleging therein that on 27.11.2017 at about 04-45 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, he recovered 5 liters illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Phulmaya W/o Sh. Jambo Sherpa Nepali A/P Rehari Market Jhakri. The case is being investigated by ASI Bir Singh, I/O PS Jhakri. 
3.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 175/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 27.11.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sukesh Kumar, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that on 27.11.2017 at about 05-15 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff on the road from Dhalli Chowk to Dhalli Tunnel, one person namely Sanjit Kumar S/o Sh. Laganu Ram R/o Village Fagah PO Bhogra Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 30 years apprehended by them near Kali Mata Mandir and recovered 12 Bottles of English Liquor marka Royal Stag from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Sukesh Kumar, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.
4.  THE PUBLIC GAMBLING: Case FIR No. 201/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 28.11.2017 U/S 3, 4 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Anteshwar Bakshi, I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that during the night of 28/29.11.2017 he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Nogali. At about 01-30 AM,  on the secret information, they conducted raid on the Newly Constructed House of Jagat Singh at Devtan and five persons namely Jagat Singh, Monu Gupta, Dila Ram, Chetan and Pawan were apprehended by them during playing gambling with cards and recovered Rs. 15,200/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Anteshwar Bakshi, I/O PS Rampur.          
5.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 219/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 27.11.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suman Kumar S/o Sh. Shivajee Prasad R/o Ward No. 1, Bahadurpur, Distt. Samstipur Bihar alleging therein that he is Principal in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Theog. On 27.11.2017, he alongwith Dharmender Kumar (PET) & Krishna Lal was coming to School in vehicle No. HP09C-0620 (Maruti Echo), driven by Krishan Lal. At about 04-00 PM, when they reached near Tharmati, at the same time one vehicle No. HP09A-4217, driven by Amar Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Sadh Ram R/o Village Hadog, PO Kufri, Tehsil Tehsil Theog, Shimla  came rashly from Theog side and hit their vehicle. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Satish Kumar, I/O PP Fagu.
6.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 136/17 has been registered at PS Shimla East on 27.11.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Parul Nainta, I/O PS Shimla East stated therein that on 27.11.2017, one Alto Car  No. HP03C-2440 met with an accident near Nigam Vihar, Chhota Shimla due to  rash & negligent driving of Ravinder Prakash S/o Lt. Sh. Shyam Lal R/o E-32, House Board Colony, Jakhu, Shimla- age 44 years, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Parul Nainta, I/O PS Shimla East.
7.    A GRIEVOUS INJURY: Case FIR No. 200/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 27.11.2017 U/S 323 325 IPC on the report of Sh. Mukesh Kuamr S/o Sh. Himant Ram R/o Village Majhali PO Deothi Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 25.11.2017 at about 05-45 PM, a HRTC Bus hit his car at Old Bus Stand Rampur. Thereafter when he reached at New Bus Stand Rampur and asked the driver of HRTC Bus. on this, Driver and conductor of HRTC Bus beaten him brutally, sustained grievous injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj, I/O PP City Rampur.
8.    A GRIEVOUS INJURY: Case FIR No. 238/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 27.11.2017 U/S 325 323 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vimal Giri S/o Sh. Shiv Dutt Giri R/o House No. 14, Navani-Ka-Baag, Block No. 34, Tehsil Nahan, Sirmaur, age 33 years alleging therein that on 15.10.2017, he alongwith Narender Kumar & Madan Lal came to live in ancient temple in Shimla. On the way one Ramesh Kumar, who was known to Madan Lal met them. Ramesh Kumar told them that he has a land near Temple. When they went to see the above land at Pudine-Ka-Baag, where Ramesh’s Uncle and his cousin beaten them brutally with wooden rod. On this, they were medically examined at DDU ZH Shimla. On 27.11.2017, Medical Officer has given grievous injury to Madan Lal in final opinion. The case is being investigated by HC Balvinder Singh, I/O PP Jutogh, Shimla.
9.  During last 24 hours 249 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 80  fine realized  Rs. 26,200/- and 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,100/-.

Lal Singh R/o Nepal A/P C/O Papu Majta R/o Hari Mandir PO & Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla arrested in Case FIR NO. 78/17 dated 25.11.2017 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Jubbal, today remanded in judicial custody by the Ld. Court.

                                          “आवश्यक सूचना
      शिमला शहर में बढती हुई यातायात समस्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए सर्व साधारण  को सूचित किया जाता है कि:-

  1. सन्जौली, छोटा शिमला, Hotel Holiday Home, विन्टर फील्ड, पुराना बस स्टैंड के पास व इसके अतिरिक्त भी कई स्थानो पर वाहनो को पार्क करने के लिए Paid Parking की सुविधा उपलब्ध है किन्तु इसके बाबजूद भी देखने में आया है कि वाहनो को सडक के दोनो ओर अनाधिकृत रूप से खडा किया गया है/ जाता है जिससे सडक पर निरन्तर यातायात अवरूद्ध होने की समस्या उत्पन्न हो रही है । अत: ऐसे खडे किए गए वाहन मालिकों/चालको से आग्रह किया जाता है कि वे ऐसे अनाधिकृत रूप से पार्क किए गए वाहनो को 07 दिनो के भीतर हटाना सुनिश्चित करें अन्यथा मोटर वाहन अधि0 के अन्तर्गत की जाने वाली कार्यवाही के अतिरिक्त वाहनो को क्रेन के द्वारा हटाया जाकर नजदीक की Paid Parking में पार्क कर दिया जाएगा तथा वाहन मालिक Towing Charges के अतिरिक्त Parking Fees व अन्य जुर्मानों के लिए भी उतरदायी होगें।
  2. प्राय: यह भी देखने में आया है कि जो वाहन स्कूली बच्चों को छोडने व ले जाने के लिए आते है, ऐसे वाहनो के मालिकों व चालकों द्वारा वाहनो को स्कूलों के आस-पास बिना कारण खडा कर दिया जाता है जिससे अकारण ही यातायात प्रवाह अवरूद्ध होता है । अत: ऐसे वाहन मालिकों व चालकों से निवेदन है कि स्कूली बच्चों को छोडने व ले जाते समय शीघ्र वाहनो को स्कूल के पास से हटाना सुनिश्चित करें ।
  3. जिन वाहनो पर शिमला पुलिस द्वारा नोटिस चिपकाएं जा रहे है ऐसे वाहनो को पार्क किए स्थानों से शीघ्र हटाया जाए अन्यथा ऐसे अनाधिकृत रूप से पार्क किए गए वाहनो को मोटर वाहन अधि0 के अन्तर्गत की जाने वाली कार्यवाही के अतिरिक्त क्रेन द्वारा हटाया जाएगा ।
  4. यह भी पाया गया है कि शिमला शहर में प्राईवेट बसों द्वारा बस ठहराव स्थल के अलावा भिन्न-2 स्थानो से संवारियों को बसों में चढाया व उतारा जाता है जिससे भी वाहनो की आवाजाही निरन्तर अवरूद्ध होती रहती है व सडक पर वाहनो की लम्बी कतारें लग जाती है । अत: प्राईवेट बसों के चालकों व परिचालकों को भी सूचित किया जाता है कि वे केवल बस ठहराव स्थल से ही यात्रियों को बसों में चढाये व उतारे । इसके अतिरिक्त प्राईवेट बसों के मालिकों से भी आग्रह किया जाता है कि वे अपनी-2 बसों में कार्यरत चालकों व परिचालकों को इस बारे आवश्यक निर्देश दें ताकि शिमला शहरी क्षेत्र में यातायात को सुचारू रूप से चलाया जा सकें ।

Crime Report on November 27, 2017

1. A TRESPASS:  Case FIR No. 97/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 26.11.2017 U/S 447,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Jagat Singh S/O Lt. Sh. Vinaya Singh R/O Village Kamru Tehsil Sangla Distt. Kinnaur stated therein that he has a land in Mauja Tayawal Pargana Sarahan according to the Khasra no 2158/873 & 872 in which he planted the trees of Palam fruits. On 26.11.2017, one person namely Bisham Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Harbans Singh R/o Vilage Kamaru, Tehsil Sangla, Distt. Kinnaur has criminally trespass in his above land and cut the 35/40 trees of Plum.  The case is being investigating by HC Vinesh Kumar, I/O PP Jeori.
2.  A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 174/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 26.11.2017 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Anurag Sharma S/O Sh. Rajesh Kumar Sharma R/O Village Badogi Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla A/P Mehta Niwas Upper Cemetery Sanjauli Shimla-6 alleging therein that  on 26.11.2017 at about 06.40 PM, when he reached in the parking  at Engine Ghar Sanjauli, where Anirudh, Mukul, Abbu, Anchit. Anchit met him and asked about missing mobile phone of Anirudh. Thereafter, Anchit and Anirudh obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PP Sanjauli.
3.      A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 135/17 has been registered at PS Shimla East today on 27.11.2017 U/S 341 147 149 323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh. Deep Ram R/o Village Nalavi, PO Khatnol, Tehsil & PS Sunni, Shimla A/P Asstt. Sports Officer, APG Univeristy, Shimla alleging therein that on 26.11.2017 at about 09-30 PM, after taking a dinner in Hostel Mess, when he came outside on the road and saw that Lucky alongwith his 5/6 friends (all the students of APG University) obstructed the way of  Munna Niji, students Arct. 3rd years and beaten him brutally & hit on  his head. The case is being investigated by ASI Dalip Chand, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.
4.   A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 218/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 27.11.2017 U/S 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of SH. Prem Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village Parain, PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that today on 27.11.2017 at about 11-30 AM, when he was going to Workshop from his shop, on the way 3/4 persons obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh, I/O PP Fagu.  
5. During last 24 hours 240 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 94  fine realized  Rs. 29,000/- and 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1500/-.

Court.

Crime Report On November 26, 2017.

1.   Punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt: Case FIR No. 96/17 has been regd. at PS Jhakri on dated 25.11.2017 U/S 325, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Shobha Ram R/O village Majhwali Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP  alleged therein that on dated 24-11-2017, there was a marriage ceremony in the village. Two parson namely Suresh Kumar & Mahinder beat him with punches without any reason. In this incident he sustained grievous injuries in his nose according to the opinion of MO MGMSC Khaneri. Case is being investigated by HC Harbans Lal I/O PS Jhakri.
2.   A Wrongful Restraint : Case FIR No 143/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25/11/2017 U/S 341,323,506,427 IPC on the statement of Sh Dinesh Kumar S/O Lt Sh. Gopal Dass R/O Pujarli P.O Summerkot Teh Rohru Distt Shimla H.P, alleging therein that on 23/11/2017 when he was attending marriage of Mewa Lal daughter in his village, at about 10.30 PM after dinner when he returned back to his home, a person namely Pritam Singh S/O Lt, Sh, Chain Ram obstructed his way wrongfully and start beaten him with kicks and blows and broken the glass of his house. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar I/O PS Rohru.
3.   An Accident : Case FIR NO. 217/17 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 25.11.17 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o VPO Nerwa, Shimla alleging therein that on dated 25.11.17 when he along with his friends namely Ranjeet, Dinesh & Rakesh Kumar was going to Nerwa from Shimla on vehicle NO. HP 08A-1961. When he reached Nr Nangal Devi the tyre of his above vehicle burst due to rash and negligent driving. The case is being investigated by ASI Jeet Ram I/O PS Theog.
4.   An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty : Case FIR No 198/17 has been registered  on dated 25/11/17 U/S 353,332,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Labh Singh /O Sh Het Ram Village Dhanyari PO Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi HP A/P Driver HRTC Depot Rampur Bsr alleging therein that on dated 25/11/17 at about 5.45 PM when he reached old bus stand Rampur one car collided with his bus while reversing  it. After that he reached at New Bus Stand Rampur  at where above car owner Mukesh Kumar R/O Majhali  along with Sunny R/O Dansa  also came there and started beaten him with Kicks and blows. Above both persons has beaten him while he was discharging his officials duties. Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Janak Raj I/O PP City Rampur Bsr.
5.   An Accident : Case FIR No 199/17 has been registred  on dated 26/11/17 U/S 279,337 IPC 187 MV Act on the Statement of Prem Singh Chauhan S/O Janki Dass VPO Nirth Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on dated  25/11/17 at about  9.30 PM when he reached Nirath bus stop  two persons namely Shamsher sigh S/O Sh Shyam Singh Village & PO Majholi Rampur & Pritam Chauhan S/O SH Ram Dyal R/O Khonog Sholi Rampur was lying on the road in injured conditions .On inquiry it has been found that Vehicle No HP02A-0202 which was driven by Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh Durga Ram Village & PO Parnoo Arki, Distt Solan has hit them. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the Driver  Rajesh Kumar. The Case is being investigated by HC Garib Dass I/O PS Rampur Bsr.
6.   During last 24 hours 276 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 144  fine realized  Rs. 54,800/- and 40 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 4100/-.

Shimla, age 25 years, arrested in case FIR No. 172/17 Dt. 22.11.2017 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli, today remanded in judicial custody by the Ld. Court.
2.    Accused i) Brij Lal S/o Sh. Jaan Pur  R/o Village Thana  PO Mandal Tehsil & PS Jubbal  Distt.  Shimla,  age 26 years and ii) Rajinder Singh S/o  Sh. Jaanpur  R/o Village Thana  PO Mandal Tehsil & PS Jubbal  Distt.  Shimla  age 25 years arrested today in case FIR No 77/17 Dt. 21.11.2017 U/S 457,380,379 IPC PS Jubbal, today remanded in judicial custody upto 07.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.

3.    Accused i) Vikarant S/o Sh. Pratap Singh Chauhan R/o Village Dharai PO Deem Tehsil Jubbal  and ii) Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Crime Report on November 25, 2017

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 78/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 25.11.2017 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Kishan Chand, I/O PS Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that today on 25.11.2017 at 12.45 PM, during patrolling alongwirh staff towards Daker link road,  two persons namely Vikarant S/o Sh. Pratap Singh Chauhan R/o Village Dharai PO Deem Tehsil Jubbal  and Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/o Nepal A/P C/O Papu Majta R/o Hari Mandir PO & Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 162 bottles of Kuffcare 100 ml each (Restricted Medicine) from their possession. Above accused have been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by ASI Kishan Chand I/O PS Jubbal.
2. During last 24 hours 281 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 89,  fine realized  Rs. 33,100/- and 21 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,200/-.

Jaanpur  R/o Village Thana  PO Mandal Tehsil & PS Jubbal  Distt.  Shimla  age 25 years arrested today in case FIR No 77/17 Dt. 21.11.2017 U/S 457,380,379 IPC PS Jubbal, today remanded in judicial custody upto 07.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on November 24, 2017

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 197/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 23.11.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Arvind Negi S/o Sh. Madan Lal R/o Village & PO Purvani Tehsil Kalpa Distt Kinnaur age 38 years alleging therein that on 23.11.2017  at about 04-00 PM, when he was stood near SBI ATM Rampur, at the same time  one Motorcycle No HP17C-1448 driven by Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Sohan Lal R/o Batuna PO Nogli, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, came rashly with negligent driving from Nogli side and hit two pedestrian. In this incident both persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Rampur.
2.   A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 173/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 23.11.2017 U/s 447 427 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Harvinder Thakur R/o Green Park Home Stay Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that on 18.11.2017, the debris fell down on his house, which has been negligently kept by one Bhupender Mehta, caused heavy damaged to his house. He made a promise that he will pick up all the debris, but did not do it. When the Revenue Office reached on the spot for demarcation, he objected them and alongwith his family members started to abuse them. The case is being investigated by HC Maan Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.     
3.   A HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 94/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 24.11.2017 U/S 452,504,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tailli Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Jeu Ram R/O Village Shah PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on 23.11.2017 at about 06-15 PM, two parsons namely Jeet Singh @Shukru Ram S/O Sh. Jhai Ram & Tilak Raj S/O Roop Dass  R/O Kumarshah criminally trespass in his house in drunken condition and started to abuse him. They have also beaten him brutally. The case is being investigating by HC Harbans Lal, I/O PS Jhakri.
4. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 236/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 24.11.2017 U/S 447, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Dev S/o Lt. Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Village Sari Dandut, PO Anji Brahmna, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 24.11.2017 at about 09-00 AM, some villagers namely Gauri Shankar, Sh. Ram Narayan, Inder Dutt, Rajeev S/o Sh. Narayan, alongwith their family members entered in his land and cut various types of trees. The case is being investigated by ASI Surjeet Singh, I/O PS Shimla West.
5. During last 24 hours 241 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 107,  fine realized  Rs. 34,900/- and 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,000/-.

Crime Report on November 23, 2017

1.  A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 172/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 22.11.17 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Teja Singh No. 71, I/O PS Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that on 22.11.2017 at about 05-15 PM, when he alongwith staff reached inside the gate of Fruit Mandi Bhattakuffar, Dhalli, two persons namely Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Pratap Singh R/o Village Tolag PO Kamla Nagar Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 25 years & Naveen Verma S/o Sh. Madan Lal Verma R/o Village Kalhali PO Maluthi Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 25 years intercepted by them and recovered 50 Gram Heroin (Chitta) from their possession. Above accused have been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by HC Teja Singh No. 71, I/O PS Dhalli.
2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 235/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 23.11.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prem Dass S/o Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Village Pajail PO Shoghi, Shimla alleging therein that today on 23.11.2017 (Midnight), he alongwith Manu Bahadur was coming to Shimla from Badog in vehicle No. HP51-9384, driven by Maan Singh. At about 01-30 AM, when they reached near Janj, above vehicle met with an accident & rolled down 30 feet from the road, due to rash & negligent driving of Maan Singh. In this accident, driver Maan Singh sustained injures. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS Shimla West. 
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 133/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 22.11.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 22.11.2017 at about 11-00 AM, one vehicle No. HP63A-3612, which was on the way towards Devgarh, met with an accident & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sonu S/o Sh. Sharda Dev, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjit Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai.
4. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 30/17 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 22.11.2017 U/S 341 323 427 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Chain Ram R/o Village & PO Sholi, Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla alleging therein that on 22.11.2017 at about 07-00 PM, when he was going  in his vehicle No. HP62-2698, on the way two Nepali obstructed his way near Kadeli, beaten him brutally and broken the wind shield of this vehicle.
5.  During last 24 hours 190 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 99,  fine realized  Rs. 43,500/- and 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,100/-.

Crime Report on November 22, 2017


1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 133/17 has been registered at PS East on 21.11.2017 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhupinder Kumar S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o  House No. 66/84, Naya Shiv Mandir, Neelam Colony, near Govt. Sr. Sec. School Lalpani, Shimla alleging therein that he is deputed as PSO with Hon’ble Justice, High Court of HP. On 21.11.2017, he was going to the residence of Hon’ble Judge in Govt. vehicle No. HP03C(T)-1156 driven by Jaspal. At about 01-35 PM, when they reached near Police House, at the same time a vehicle No. UK07AQ-8710 (Honda Brio) driven by Sanjeev Dutta, which was on the way towards Raj Bhawan, negligently taking the pass and hit their vehicle from driver side. The case is being investigated by HC Parul Nanta, I/O PS Shimla East.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 171/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 22.11.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohit Gupta S/o Sh. Chhote Lal Gupta R/o Sahani Niwas, near Dhalli Tunnel Shimla alleging therein that on 21.11.2017 at about 10-00 PM, after closing his shop, he alongwith Lapbu Yadav & Abhishek was going towards Dhalli in his scooter No. HP62-1939. As they reached near Petrol Pump, at the same time a Pick-Up No. HP63A-1789 negligently turned his vehicle on right side and hit with his scooter, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by SI Kewal Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 215/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 21.11.2017 U/S 279, 429 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prakash Chand S/o Lt. Sh. Beli Ram R/o Village Pataihana, PO Devathi, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that he have 500/550 sheeps/goats. On 21.11.2017, he, his son Rajender Singh & his servant was going towards Sirmaur from Theog alongwith his sheeps/goats. At about 12-30 PM, when they reached near Tharmati on NH-05, at the same time a Truck No. 16A-1858 came rashly with negligent driving and crushed his one Sheep & one sheep sustained grievous injuries.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 93/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 22.11.2017 U/S 279 IPC & 184 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Parvinder Singh Gill S/o Sh. Gurbaksh Singh Gill R/o Village & PO Jhakri, Shimla alleging therein that today on 22.11.2017 at about 12-45 AM midnight, when he was near his Sweet Shop at Jhakri, at the same time a LP Truck No. HP11-5950, driven by Billu S/o Sh. Kamal R/o Village & PO Namhol, Tehsil & Distt. Bilaspur came rashly from Rattan Pur side and hit 7/8 vehicles parked on the roadside. The case is being investigated by ASI Bir Singh Negi, I/O PS Jhakri.    

5.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 70/17 has been registered at PS Chopal on 22.11.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Bahadur C/o Virender Chauhan R/o Village Belag PO Jhiknipul, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla stating therein that on 22.11.2017 at about 7.30 AM, he was coming from Jhiknipul to Chopal in vehicle No. HP08B-0167 Bolero camper driven by Anil Kumar. When they reached near Nerwa Bifurcation, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Anil Kumar, caused sustained sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by HC Ankush Rana, I/O PS Chopal.

6.   A case FIR No. 132/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 21.11.17 U/S 302 IPC on the statement of Sh. Balbir S/o Sh. Prem Dass R/o Village Bough PO Devri Khaneti Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 48 years alleging therein that his father Prem Dass, after retirement from PWD, is running a shop at Bough and residing in the upper story of the shop. Yesterday in the evening at about 04-30 PM, when he came to shop he saw that his father’s room was locked and in mean time he found the key nearby the shop. When he opened the room and found that his father was lying dead on the bed with blood stained injuries on his head. Some persons told him that a Kashmiri Labourer namely Ramesh, who was working with Surender Singh at Village Bough has been escaped since evening of 20.11.2017. He suspected that Kashimri Labourer Ramesh has killed his father. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Kotkhai.

7.   A Burglary case FIR No. 134/17 has been registered at PS East today on 22-11-17 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pranjal Uniyal owner of Shop No 119 Chotta Shimla alleging therein that some unknown person has broken the door locks of his shop and stolen away Rs. 5,000/6,000. The case is being investigated by HC Parul I.O PS East.  

8.   During last 24 hours 265 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 110,  fine realized  Rs. 31,300/-, 09 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 900/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act and fine realized Rs. 17,500/-.
