Crime Report November 9, 2017.

 

1.           Case FIR No. 52/17 dated 08.11.17 U/S 341,323,504,506 34 IPC, S Nerwa has been registered on the complaint of Shri Bhupinder Singh Sisodia S/O Lt. Shri Gian Singh Sisodia Vill- Kotangan Pargna Paralli Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that yesterday night when he was going to his home a/w Shish Pal, Mohan Lal and his driver in his own vehicle No. HP08C-0010 and when he reached at Bus Stand Tharoch, Mr. Hari Singh, Surender, Chaman obstructed his way. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar No. 95 IO PS Nerwa.

 

2.           Case FIR No. 90/17 dated 08.11.2017 U/S U/S 429 IPC,PS Jhakhri Shimla has been registered on statement of Shri Jai Chand Chauhan HP alleging therein that on 08-11-2017 at about 3:15 PM a HRTC Bus No. HP06-7537 Rampur Depot, reached at the place of Dotdu and his pet dog variety Jerman Shepherded crashed by HRTC Bus and his dog died at the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Ram I/C PP Sarhan.

3.           Case FIR No. 226/17 dated 08.11.2017 U/S 39 Excise Act PS West Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Shri Sanjeev Bhushan that when he was at his residence he saw four people having box of liquor and being distributed to the people in order to affect the election. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram IO, PS West Shimla.    

4.           Case FIR No. 227/17 dated 08.11.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC PS West Shimla has been registered on the statement of Smt. Vaneeta Singh that when she a/w her children were out of her house in order to purchase house hold articles. And a HRTC bus no HP 53-1996 came from Baijnath to Shimla and hit her at Danda Bazar. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Nath IO, PP Jutog Shimla.

 

5.           Case FIR No. 201/17 dated 08.11.2017 U/S 279, 429 IPC, PS Theog has been registered on the statement of Shri Prem Chand Negi that on 08-11-2017 at about 6:00 PM when he reached near bhui having sheeps, goats and horses a tipper No HP63B-1314 rash and negligently came from Chhaila side and hit the horses. The case is being investigated by the IO, PS Theog.

 

6.           Case FIR No. 134/2017 dated 08-11-2017 u/s 279, 337 IPC PS Kumarsain.

 

7.           Case FIR No. 90/2017 dated 08-11-2017 u/s 429 IPC PS Jhakhri shimla.

 

8.           Case FIR No. 208/2017 dated 08-11-2017 u/s 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered on the statement of Nainika Chandel R/O Chandel Bhawan Himgiri Colony Dhalli Shimla -12 that on 08-11-2017 when she reached at Lakkar Bazar Bus Stand a Motor Cycle came from Sanjauli side and hit her. The case is being investigated by the IO PS Sadar Shimla.
