140/17 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 18.11.2017 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Jai Lal R/O Vill
Khangta (Shavga) PO Tikker Tehsil
Rohru Distt Shimla H.P age 69 yrs alleging therein that on which she alleging
therein that some unknown person has broken the door locks of his house and stolen away some articles, e.g two pair ear rings of
gold, one pair tops, one pair holder of ear tops , one pair nose pin, one ring of gold, two rings of silver,
one pair of Payal, and other house hold articles
value approximately Rs 1,20,000/- The case is being investigated by ASI
Bhagirath I/C PP Tikker.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No.
97/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 18/11/2017 U/S 39 Excise Act on the rukka of HC
Deepak alleging therein that on
18.11.02017 during patrolling he along
with staff recovered 12 bottle of country liquor from the possession of Virender
S/o Sh Late Sh Shaligram Sharma R/o village Nandla P/o Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon
Distt Shimla. the case is being investigated by HC Deepak.
3. A Gambling case FIR No. 98/17 has been registered
at PS Chirgaon on 18/11/2017 U/S 3,4-3-67 Gambling act on the rukka of HC
Sanjeev alleging therein that on 18.11.2017 along with staff he recovered Rs
5200/ from the possession of some persons when they were playing gambling
with cards. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev I/O PS Chirgaon.
4. An Accident case FIR No 213/17
has been registered at PS Theog on 19.11.2017 U/S 279, 304A IPC &
187 Of MV Act on the complaint of Sunder Singh S/o Sh Hajhara Singh R/o Kamru
Tehsil Sangla Distt Kinnour A/P stayed at forest area Laphughati (Theog) with
flock of goats and Sheep alleging therein that on 18.11.2017 a truck No. HP 51B
0975 crushed his uncle namely Balwant near Sandhu (Theog) and runaway from the
spot. Due to this accident, his uncle Balwant died on the spot. This accident happened
due to rash and negligent driving of Pyare Lal. The case is being investigated by
HC Suresh I/O PS Theog.
5. During
last 24 hours 252 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded=
90, fine realized Rs. 37100/- and 18 persons
challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,800/-.
