EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 28/17 has
been registered at PS Nankhari on 19-11-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act
on the rukka of ASI Chaman Lal, I/O PS Nankhari alleging therein that on
19.11.2017 at about 06-15 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff near Totu,
one person namely Roshan Lal S/o
Sh. Devki Ram R/o Village Chunja, PO Delet, Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla
apprehended by them alongwith 12 Bottles of illicit country liquor
marka Una No. 1. The case is being investigated by ASI
Chaman Lal, I/O PS Nankhari.

Case FIR
No. 141/17 has been registered at PS
Rohru on 19-11-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ranjeet
Singh, SHO PS Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that on 19.11.2017, during
patrolling alongwith staff, he recovered 08 Bottles of illicit Country
liquor marka Himachal Orange from the possession of Sikandar Kumar S/o
Sh. Salu Ram R/o Village Diarmoli PO Kansakoti, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla. The
case is being investigated by SHO PS Rohru.
- ASSAULT
OR CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT: Case FIR No. 231/17 has
been registered at PS Shimla West today on 20.11.2017 U/S 353, 332, 506
IPC on the complaint of Sh. Amrit Lal Thakur S/o Sh. Rattan Singh R/o
Village & PO Paidi, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi, HP A/P Driver in HRTC
Unit-3, Shimla alleging therein that today on 20.11.2017, he was coming on
Neri- Shimla route. At about 07-00 PM, when he reached at Boileauganj
chowk and de-boarding the passenger, at the same time one person namely
Bachchu Ram pulled him from driver seat and beaten him brutally and torn
up his clothes during performing his govt. duty. He also threatened him with
dire consequences. The case is being investigated HC Prakash Chand, I/O PS
West.

BURGLARY:
Case FIR
No. 130/17 has been registered at PS Shimla East today on
20.11.2017 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the complaint of Meena Bitalu R/o
Block-C27, Flat No. 19, SDA Colony Vikas Nagart, Shimla alleging therein
that on 18.11.2017 between 11-00 AM to 05-30 PM, some unknown person has
stolen away her 3 Nos. of gold Nose Pins, 7 Nos. of Silver Coin & Cash
Rs. 5000/- from her house. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep
Chand, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.

last 24 hours 192 vehicles were challaned under MV
Act, Compounded= 47, fine
realized Rs. 19,200/- and 07 persons
challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 700/-.
