Crime Report on November 17, 2017

1. A Trespass case FIR No. 75/17 has been registered at PS Sunni  on 16-11-17 U/S 341,427,447,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh.Krishna Thakur D/o Sh Surat Ram  R/o Vill Jander PO Basantpur Teh Suni Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 16-04-17 a person namly Ashwani S/o Sh. Devi Singh R/o Village Jandar  PO Basantpur Teh Suni Distt Shimla threaten, beaten, abused & damage his field etc.  The case is being investigated by HC  Rakesh I.O PS Sunni.
2. A Grievous hurt case FIR No. 212/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 16-11-2017 u/s 325,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Sharma Vill Ching (Kit) PO Theog alleging therein that on 16-11-21017 about 02-00 PM Shubham s/o Chaman Lal Sanjta PO Dhamandri, Ankush S/o Ramesh Verma R/o Devi Mod Theog, Aakash s/o Ram Kishan Vill Jais beaten him with kicks and blows at Krishan Gali Shali bazaar Theog. In this incident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh I.O. PS Theog.
3. A Wrongful restraint and criminal Intimidation Case FIR No. 138/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 16.11.17 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Diwan Singh S/o Sh. Bhadur Singh R/o VPO Sheel Tehsil Rohru alleging therein that on 16-11-2017 his labourer Mukesh was coming home from his field. On the way to home Narveer S/o Jaisi Ram VPO Sheel stopped his way, abused & beaten him. Subsequently, at about 11-45 AM when he was going to PHC Sheelghat for medical check up of Mukesh at the same time Narveer Singh and Mohan Singh stopped their way, abused, beaten and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by  Laiq Ram I.O PP Tikker PS Rohru.
4. During last 24 hours 300 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 126,  fine realized  Rs. 40,609/- and 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 11,00/-.
