Crime Report on November 14, 2017

1.   ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No. 165/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.11.2017 U/S 336 IPC on the statement of Raes Ahamad S/o Sh. Abdul Rasheed R/o Village Dehroon, PO & Tehsil Doru, Distt. Anantnag, J&K A/P C/o Faiz Ahamad Bhat Idgah Colony Lakkar Bazar, Shimla alleging therein that he is working as labourer with contractor Kamal. The maintenance work of electricity wire is on progress between Dhalli & Mashobra. On 02.10.2017, as he pulled the wire, he fell down due to electric shock and  sustained injuries. This incident occurred due to negligence act of Mate Heera & contractor Kamal. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar, I/O PP Mashobra.   

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 136/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 13.11.2017 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Kapil Dev S/o Sh. Jia Lal R/o Larot Tehsil & PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 13.11.2017 he was going towards Hatkoti from Rohru in his Car No. HP10A-5383. At about 04-25 PM, when he reached near Mehndali, at the same time a Pick-Up came rashly with negligent driving and hit his vehicle from backside and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru.

3.   USED CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 137/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 13.11.2017 U/S 353, 147 IPC on the complaint of Dr. Nidhi Chauhan, A/P MO CH Rohru alleging therein that on 12.10.2017 at about 10-30 PM, a group of peoples arrived at emergency duty room of CH Rohru and started creating nuisance. They have abused them, throwing the hospital property and physically assaulted with the members of Hospital staff. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar, I/O PP City Rohru.    

4.  During last 24 hours 233 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 127,  fine realized  Rs. 44,300/- and 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
