Dated 01/11/17 U/S 341,323 IPC PS Rampur has been
registered on the statement of Sh Ram Lal S/O Sh. Budh Ram Village Nehra PO
Bhali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleghing therein that on dated 31/10/17at
about 12/12.30pm when he was going towards his home on the way Sh Lalit Kumar
S/O Sh Kochi Ram Village Narain PO Rampur obstructed his way and beaten him.
Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Dola Ram No 57 IO PP

(Prevention Of Disfigurement) Act , 1985 PS Nerwa has been registered
on the rukka of HC Ramesh Chand N0 125 I/O PS Nerwa. When they were petrolling
at near post office Nerwa during the petrolling at 5:15 PM four poster of
congress candidate sh. Subhash chand Manglate was stuck on the oil tank of
co-operative society. Hence case has been registered and
investigated by HC Ramesh Chand No. 125 IO PS Nerwa.

Disfigurement) Act , 1985 PS Nerwa has been registered on the rukka of ASI
Parkash Chand I/O PS Nerwa. When they were petrolling at near post office Nerwa
during the petrolling at 5:30 PM four poster of BJP candidate Sh. Balbir
Verma was stuck on the oil tank of co-operative society. Hence case has
been registered and investigated by ASI Parkash IO PS Nerwa

Case 183/17 Dated 01/11/17 U/S 429 IPC PS Rampur has been
registred on the statement of Sh. Irshad S/O Noor Aalam R/O Vill Jadgi PO Sarahan
Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on dated 01/11/17 at about
6.45 PM one Vehicle Eicher Unknown No. came from Duttnagar Side and hit his two
horses near Nirath and run away from the spot. Both horses died on the spot.
The vehicle (Eicher) driver mischief by killing animal. Case has been
registered and is being investigated by HC Narjeev Kumar No.1673 IO PS Rampur.

been registered on the rukka ofASI Chet Ram on the Mela Duty at Balagh, Naina,
PAnthaghati, and on petroling they recover 07 bottles of country Liquor marked
Santra from the possession of Chhote Lal S/O Da Bahadur R/O Panthaghati P.O.
Balagh Tehsil Theog. Hence case has been registered and investigated by the ASI

of Disfigurement Act PS New Shimla has been
registered on the rukka of Hc Parkash No 212 IO PS New Shimla that on
patrolling duty with his police staff at Phase III Kangnadhar New
Shimla at Block NO. 28 &29 Two Posters of CPI(M) was stuck on the
wall of both blocks. Hence case has been registered and investigated by the
IO HC Parkash No. 212 IO PS New Shimla.

poll. Hence case has been registered and investigated by the IO HC Man Dass
IO PS Sadar Shimla.

Road Shimla 02 posters of open candidate Harish janartha has been stuck on the
wall of electric poll. Hence case ahs been registered and investigated by the

01.11.2017 at about 08:40 PM I came to Sanjouli at Papi Da Dhaba for his
dinner in Scorpio no. HP 52 B 0564. A Aabuance No. HP62-2857 came in rush
driving and hit the two persons and also hit my vehicle. He supposed that
driver was in drunk condition. Hence case has been registered and investigated

Thundul about 6.35 PM During the Search of vehicle H.P. 51(T) 8026 In
Which Three person are seeting in the Car his named Balbir s/o Dula Ram , vill-
tikkar p/o kulag teh kupvi Anil kumar s/o Mohan lal vill –Aahnog p/o
Malat teh kupvi Distt – shimla ,Roshan lal s/o Roop singh vill –chayma p/o
charoli teh- kupvi –Distt- shimla H.P. he recovered 119 botle English Wine
.case has been investigated by SI/SHO P.S Kupvi .
17. A Case
fir no 23/17 has been registered at police station Nankhari u/s 39 of HP Excise
Act on 01.11.2017 on the Rukka OF ASI Pushap Raj PS Nankhari Distt. Shimla
alleging therein that on 01.11.2017 at about 05.15 pm during petroling near
Malthi one person Krishan Dev s/o lt.SH.Durga Dutt r/o TUTO post office Delhi
teh. Nankhari Distt. Shimla HP age 42 years was coming towards barach carriing
a carry bag on his back. ON THE suspection search of carry bag has been
candacted and recvored 6 bottled of illicit country liquor marka rangr orange
and 4 bottle of 7una no 1 total 10 bottle illlicit country oiquor froc his
possession . The case is being investigated by asi i/o Pushap Raj

rigistered on the ruqa of hc rohit no 101 i/o ps chopal bjps banaers were found
in nac building which has become the couse of disfigurement of being
investigated by Hc Rohit IO PS Chopal

registered on the rukka of Hc Rohit No. 101. During patroling at bajaar chopal
congress party baners were found in nac area which has become the couse chopal

Candidate and congress candidate was stuck. Hence caase has been

Shimla has been registered on the rukka of IO ASI Bhagat Ram on
patrolling duty with police staff at Ghora Chowki the posters of
both BJP & Congress candidate has been stuck in the rain shelter. Hence
case has been registered and investigated by IO ASI Bhagat ram IO PS West
Shimla.
During the last 24
hours 294 vehicles have been challaned and 142 compounded and fine
of Rs. 53100/- and 16 persons have been challaned under
smoking Act and fine of Rs. 900/-
