Crime Report on June 06, 2018

1.     AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 74/18 dated 06.06.2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Rohru on the rukka of ASI Bhagi Rath I/C PP Tikker alleging therein that on 05.06.2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling at Pujarli Tilludhar and on the secret information he raided the Kiryana shop of Roshan Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Jai Ram Vill Sajaar (Tilludhar) PO Pujarli No-4 Tehsil Rohru and recovered 02 bottles English liquor, 08 bottles country liquor and 12 bottles of Beer from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath I/C PP Tikker.

2.     AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 32/18 dated 05.06.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the rukka of ASI Hari Chand I.O PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 05.06.2018 he alongwith staff was on  patrolling duty at Kiari. During patrolling  he searched the shop of Arun Sharam S/o Sh. Girdhari Lal Sharma R/o Vill. Halai PO Kiari Tehsil Kotkhai Distt . Shimla and recovered 28 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Chand I.O PS Kotkhai.

3.     AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 33/18 dated 05.06.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the rukka of ASI Hari Chand I.O PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 05.06.2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Kiari. During patrolling duty he searched the shop of Guddu S/o Sh. Sippu Ram Yadav R/o VPO Kiari Tehsil Kotkahi Distt. Shimla and recovered 08 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Chand I.O PS Kotkhai.

4.     AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 145/18 dated 06.06.2018 u/s 279,337 has been registered at PS West on the statement of Sh. Shishu pal S/o Late Sh. Devi Chand R/o Vill Shehri PO Annandale Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 05.06.2018 he was going to his home Annandale with Shubham in the  Scooty. At about 09:15 PM when they reached at electrictiy transformer near Annandale Shubham lost control over the scooty and rolled on the road and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by  HC Sushant I/O. PS West.

5.     AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 71/18 dated 05.06.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the statement of Sh. Ravi Mohan S/o Sh. Man Mohab VPO Nirath Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 05.06.2018 one Motorcycle No. HP30-4254 ridden by Prem Singh S/o Sh. Lal Singh Vill Dawana PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Shimla rashly and negligently hit one lady and she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep I.O PS Rampur.

6.     AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 48/18 dated 05.06.2018 u/s 279,337,504A IPC has been registered at PS Jubbal on the statement of Sh. Sudesh Kumar S/o Sh. Randhir Singh R/o Vill Jachli PO Prounthi Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla stated therein that on  05.06.2018 one Maruti car No. HP03C-1256 met with an accident near his house due to rash and negligent driving of driver. In this accident one lady namely Shashi W/o Kundan died on the way to hospital. The case is being investigated by ASI Kishan  Chand I.O PS Jubbal.

7.     AN ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: case FIR No. 44/18 Dt. 06-06-2018 U/S 353 341 323 506 IPC has been registered at PS Chirgaon on the report of Sh. Subhash Chand S/o Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Village Ajroli, Tehsil Rohnat, District Sirmaur A/P Forest Guard, Beat Kawar, District Shimla stated therein that on 05.06.2018 at about 07-30 PM, when he was going to his duty to Jiuradi from Kwar, one person namely Ram Parkash S/o Sh. Man Bahadur R/o Village Pujarli Tehsil Dodra-Kwar, Shimla obstructed his way and beaten him brutally during performing his govt. duty and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Sohan Lal, I/O PS Chirgaon.

8.     During last 24 hours 281 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 167 fine realized Rs. 93,500/- and 14 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,500/-

1.   Accused Harish @ Sonu s/o Chander Mohan R/o Vill. Friyunkoti PO Pujarli No.4 Tehsil & PS Rohru, District Shimla aged 32 years  arrested in case FIR No. 62/18 dated 05.06.2018 u/s 379,420 IPC PS Chopal remanded in Police Custody upto 18.06.2018 by the Ld. Court.
