Crime Report on June 18, 2018

1. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 70/18 Dt. 18.06.18 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the statement of Sh. Manjeet Nalba R/o Vill. Knella PO Kotgarh Tehsil Kumarsain stated therein that on 17.06.2018 he along with Prem Singh, Manjeet, Keshav, Vipin and Surinder were going to his home Knella from Tanu Jubbar in the vehicle No. HP52B-2216 (Swift). About 8-00 PM when they reached near Nalti Nala one vehicle No HP09A-4444 came rashly and negligenty and hit their vehicle from driver side. In this accident Prem Singh sustained injuries.

2.  AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 120/18 Dt. 18.06.18 U/S 279 337 304A IPC has been registered at PS Theog on the statement of Sh. Shamsher Singh S/o Sh. Gur Sharan Singh Vill. Sahnewal Distt. Ludhiana stated therein that in the intervening night of 17/18.06.2018  one trackter met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Chaman Singh S/o Sh. Baldev Ram at Matiyan to Bharana road. In this accident Sonu S/o Sh. Raj Kumar Vill Rajpur Tehsil Chandosi Distt. Muradabad UP sustained injuries and deriver Chaman Singh died on the spot. The case is being investigated by  HC Parmod Kumar I/C PP Matiana.

3.   A GRIEVOUS HURT case FIR No. 83/18 dated 18.06.2018 u/s 323,325,34 IPC has been registered on the  the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Karmu R/O Vill Shallan PO Pujarli N0 2 Tehsil Rohru District Shimla alleging therein that on 16/6/18 at 4.30 PM Neeraj S/O Shanu Mal, Shanu Mal, and his wife R/O Vill Shallan PO Pujarli N0 2 Tehsil Rohru beaten him and after Final opinion of MO CH Rohru complainant sustained grievous injuries. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain  I/O PS Rohru. 

4.   During last 24 hours 314 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 102 fine realized Rs. 47,300/- and 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,400/-

Follow up

1. Accused Ami Chand Gautam R/O Tawayal  P0 Jeori Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP, Age  59 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 57/18 Dt. 16.06.2018 U/S 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act & 379 IPC PS Jhakri, released on bail by the Ld. Court today.    

2.    Accused Suraj S/o Sh. Raghuvar Singh R/o Village Khatoli, PO Amori, Tehsil & District Champawat, Uttrakhand, arrested today in case FIR No. 113/18 Dt. 17.06.2018 U/S 380 511 IPC at PS Sadar released on bail by the Ld. Court today.    

3.  Accused Shanta Kumar S/o Sh. Jeet  Singh R/o Vill. Latheri, P.O Banthal, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, Age- 29 years, arrested in case FIR No. 111/18 Dt. 16.06.2018 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar, remanded in Police Custody upto 19.06.2018.

4. Harwinder Pal S/o Sh. Satish Kumar R/o House NO. A-21 Green Estate Barwala Road Derabassi, District Mohali, Punjab arrested in case FIR No. 80/18 Dt. 11.06.2018n u/s 376 IPC at PS Rohru is being produced before Ld. Court.
