Crime Report on June 13, 2018

1.   AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No. 34/18 dated 12.06.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise act has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the rukka of ASI Roshan I/C PP Baghi alleging therein that on 12.06.2018 he along with staff  was on patrolling. During patrolling they apprehended one person namely Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Vill. Kadiwan Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla and recovered  10 bottles of   Country Liquor from his possession. The case is being  investigated by ASI Roshan I/C PP Baghi PS  Kotkhai.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No. 35/18 dated 12.06.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise act has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the rukka of ASI Hari Chand I.O PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 12.06.2018 he along with staff  was on patrolling towards Garawag and apprehended  one person namely Tilak Raj Thapa S/o Sh. Bhagat Bhadur A/P Vill. Shahu PO Garawag Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla recovered 16 bottles of Country Liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Chand I.O PS Kotkhai. 

3.    AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No.   48/18 Dt. 12.06.18 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Chirgaon on the rukka of ASI Sohan Lal I.O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 12.06.2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling. During patrolling he intercepted one person namely Kesar Singh S/o Sh. Jai Lal Vill. Jhalwari P.O. Thana Tehsil Chirgaon and recovered 48 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Sohan Lal I.O PS Chirgaon.

4.    AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No. 116/18 Dt. 12.06.18 U/S 39 (1)AHP Excise Act has been registered at PS Theog on the rukka of ASI Surjeet Singh PS Theog alleging therein that on 13.06.2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling. During patrolling on the secret information he raided the shop of Ranvir Singh S/o Sh. Paras Ram Vill Nahol PO Tiyali Tehsil Theog and recovered 03 boxes of beer & 18 bottles of Country Liuqor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Surjeet Singh I.O PS Theog.

5.    AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No. 117/18 Dt. 12.06.18 U/S 39 (1)AHP Excise Act has been registered at PS Theog on the rukka of ASI Surjeet Singh PS Theog alleging therein that on 13.06.2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling. During patrolling on the secret information he raided the Dhaba of Jagar Nath S/o Sh. Narayan Dass R/o VPO Balag Teshil Theog Distt. Shimla and recovered 05 boxes of Country Liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Surjeet Singh I.O PS Theog.

6.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 106/18 Dt. 12.06.18 U/S 279 IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the statement of Sh. Krishan Chand S/o late Sh. Maglu Ram R/o House No. 06, Block-C, Police Line Kaithu stated therein that on 10.06.2018 he was coming to Shimla and reached at Dhalli bifurcation one Truck bearing No. HP51B-0937 came rashly and negligently and hit his vehicle and  damaged. The case is being investigated by ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O PS Dhalli. 

7.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 56/18 dated 12.06.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Jhakri on the statement  of Sh. Pardeep Uraon S/o Sh. Vishram  Tigga R/o VPO Rahri market Jhakri stated therein that on 12.06.2018 when her daughter was present at Rehri Market one Tata Sumo No. HP01B-0613 came rashly and negligently and hit his daughter and she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Vinod I.O PS Jhakri.

8.    A case FIR No.   66/18 Dt. 12.06.18 U/S 452 307 436 326 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the statement  of  Sh. Sh. Rajinder Rana S/o late Sh. Hukam Chand VPO Bhutti Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla stated therein that he and his brother has land dispute. In the intervening night of 12/13.06.2018 at about 12-15 AM when he was present in his home his brother Devender Rana @ Munna illegally entered into his home and spread the petrol in his house and tried to burnt him along with house. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh I/C PP Sainj.

Follow up

1.    Accused Manoj  S/o Sh. Ramesh R/o VPO Charna Tehsil Nohradhar Distt. Sirmour arrested in case FIR  No. 70/18 dated 10.06.2018 u/s 21,22-61-85 ND&PS act at PS East is on Police remand upto 13.06.2018

2.    Accused Prem Singh S/o Mansa Ram &  Naresh Kumar S/o Dhani Ram both R/o Vill. Seri ka Hada PO Panesh Tehsil and Distt. Shimla age 52 years arrested in case FIR No. 154/18 dated 12.06.2018 u/s 302,34 IPC at PS West remanded in Police Custody upto 15.06.2018.

3.    Accused Devender Rana S/o Sh. Hukkam Chand R/o Village Bhutti Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 66/18 dated 12.06.2018 u/s  U/S 452 307 436 326 IPC at PS Kumarsain is being produced before Ld. Court.
