1. A GRIEVOUS HURT case FIR No.
112/18 dated 21.06.2018 u/s 325, 506 IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on
the complaint of Sh. Kundan Lal S/o late Sh. Mathu Ram R/o Vill Shahli PO
Baldeiyan Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 21.06.2018 his
brother Hari Dass and his son Manish Chand beat him up and broke his teeth. The
case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I.C PP Mashobra, PS Dhalli.
2. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 69/18
dated 22.06.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has
been registered at PS Chopal on the statement of Sh. Rahul S/o Sh. Narender R/o
Vill. Batwari PO Kedi Teshil Chopal stated therein that today he alongwith
Raghov S/o Sh. Ramesh, Ashish S/o Sh. Shiv Ram , Dipanshu S/o Sh. Raj Kumar
were going to Chopal from Solan in Vehicle No. HP64A-1737 (Ford Ecosport)
driven by Dipanshu. At about 11-20 AM when they reached at Charki Deepanshu the
driver of Vehicle lost control over the vehicle and met with an accident. In
this accident they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO
Baldev Singh I.O PS Chopal.
3. During
last 24 hours 273 vehicles were
challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 171 fine realized Rs. 67,500/- and 21 persons
challaned under Smoking Act &
fine collected Rs. 2,200/-.
