Crime Report On June 03, 2018.

1. AN ACCIDENT ACT: Case FIR No. 101/18 Dt. 02.06.2018 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered at PS Sadar against the Happy Singh  driver of MC Water Tanker No. HP63-4586 who hit an old lady near Sher-e-Punjab, The Mall Shimla on dated 02.06.2018 at about 1.30 PM. She brought IGMC Shimla where she declared dead.
2. AN ACCIDENT ACT: Case FIR No. 68/18 Dt. 03.06.2018 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS East on the statement of Sh. Het Ram S/o Sh. Karam Chand R/o Village Loharli, PO Mahun Nag, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi A/P MC Qrts near Sr. Sec. School Chota Shimla alleging therein that on dated 02.06.18 at about 11.40 PM when he and Sh. Hari Ram driver of Scorpio No. HP07B-0202 was going towards Kasumpti as they reached below Chota Shimla the driver lost his control over the above vehicle and hit with a retaining wall of the road. In this accident he and driver Hari Ram sustained injuries.
3. A ROITING: Case FIR No. 63/18 Dt. 02.06.2018 U/S 143,188 IPC has been registered at PS East against  the 50/60 workers of Youth Congress Party who organized a rally and shouted slogans in protest of scarcity and irregular supply of water in Shimla in sealed road at near Oakover.  
4. A ROITING: Case FIR No. 64/18 Dt. 02.06.2018 U/S 341, 143, 147, 188 IPC has been registered at PS East against  the 50/60 local public of Kasumpti organized a rally and shouted slogans in protest of scarcity and irregular supply of water and blocked the road for 2 and 1/2 hours at near Luxmi Narayan Mandir Kasumpti, Shimla.
5. A ROITING: Case FIR No. 65/18 Dt. 02.06.2018 U/S 341, 143, 147, 188 IPC has been registered at PS East against  the 15/20 local public (Male & Female) of Jiwanu Colony Panthaghati organized a rally and shouted slogans in protest of scarcity and irregular supply of water and blocked the road NH-22 at Jiwanu Colony Panthaghati Shimla.
6. ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No. 66/18 Dt. 02.06.2018 U/S 336 IPC has been registered at PS East on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/o Late Sh. Prem Singh R/o Roshan Niwas, Sec-1, Lane-7, New Shimla driver of taxi No. HP01A-4560 Etios alleging therein that on dated 02.06.18 at about 8.00 AM when he was filling fuel in the above vehicle at petrol pump Chota Shimla, a driver of City Honda No. HP62C-0008 come there and reversed his car negligently and hit him. In this accident he sustained injuries on right arm & right leg.   
7. A ROITING: Case FIR No. 67/18 Dt. 02.06.2018 U/S 341, 143, 188 IPC has been registered at PS East against  the 60/70 local public (Male & Female) of Vikas Nagar organized a rally and shouted slogans in protest of water crisis and irregular supply of water. They obstructed the road NH-22 at Vikas Nagar Stop since 4.50 PM To 10.00 PM.
8. During last 24 hours 368 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 180 fine realized Rs. 87,900/- and 31 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,300/-

FOLLOW UP

1. Accused Sandeep Nirala S/o Sh. Krishan Lal r/o Kashaini PO Tikker Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla HP age 33 Years has been arrested in case Fir No. 71/18 Dt. 26/05/18 U/S 354, 354(D) & 506 IPC at PS Rohru is remanded in Police custody upto 04.06.2018, by the Ld. Court.
2. Accused Jeet Ram S/o Sh. Deewan Singh R/o Village Odd PO Sarog Tehsil Theog Shimla, age 24 years arrested in case FIR No. 98/18 Dt. 29.05.18 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Theog, is remanded in judicial custody, by the Ld. Court.
