Crime Report on 28 June,2018

1.     A Cheating: Case FIR No.54/18 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 27.06.2018 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Pranav Bhandari S/o Sh Rajesh Bhandari C/o Propriter Paradise Travels Saweti Niwas Khalini Shimla alleging therein that he had paid worth Rs 1,41,000/- and Rs 2,50,000/- to buy airlines tickets from Mr Satindra Gupta S/O Suresh Kumar Gupta , 1/0/3F.Tilak Nagar Allahpur, Darya Ganj Allahbad UP and Pradeep Kumar Gupta  Age 26 years Proprietor  Aryan Tour S/o Prem Kumar Gupta of 13/5 1^st Floor Aryan Tour Mahajan Plaza  karol Bagh New Dehli -110005 but now they did not provide him Airlines tickets and also stopped communication with him . Above parsons cheated him and not returned his money. The case is being investigated by HC Dimple I/O PS New Shimla.

2.     A voluntarily causing grievous hurt: Case FIR No.61/2018 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 27.06.2018 U/S 323,325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Monu Chauhan S/O Sh. Shishi Ram Chauhan R/O Majhgaon Tehsil Rampur District Shimla alleging there in that on 27.06.2018 he was beaten brutally by some unknown culprits when he was attending a marriage function at Snahei village. The case is being investigating by ASI Sunil Dutt I/C PP Sarahan.

3.     An Accident: case FIR No. 168/18 has been registered at PS West on 28.06.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Kishor Chand S/o Sh Shobha Ram R/o village VPO Chayali Summerehill Shimla alleging theirin that on 27.06.2018 he was going with Prem Lal to his village Chayali from S/hill in swift no.HP-52C-0190 driven by Prem Thakur, when they reached near Darat village, he has lost control and above vehicle rolled down. They sustained inuries. The case is being investigated by HC Mehar Singh 183 I/O PP Summerhill.

4.     An encroachment: case FIR No.73/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on 27.06.2018 U/S 447 IPC on the complaint of Neeru Sharma forest guard maraog beat stating there in that a person namely Brijmohan S/o Amolak Ram village Ghareen P/o Maraog Tehsil Chopal has encraoched the forest land illegaly  with planted the apple trees in that land. The case is being investigating by ASI Virender Kumar I/O PS Chopal.

5.     An encroachment case FIR No.74/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on U/S 447 IPC on the complaint of Neeru Sharma forest guard Maraog beat alleging therein that a person namely Bhopinder S/o  Nanak Chand  R/o VPO Maraog Tehsil Chopal and Ravinder Singh  S/o  Nanak Chand  R/o VPO Maraog Tehsil chopal has encraoched the forest land illegaly and planted the apple trees in that land. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender Kumar I/o PS Chopal.

6.     An encroachment case FIR No.74/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on u/s 447 IPC on the complaint of Neeru Sharma forest guard Maraog beat alleging therein that a person namely Bhagat Ram  R/o VPO Maraog Tehsil Chopal has encraoched the forest land illegaly and planted the apple trees in that land. The case is being investigated by HC Moti Lal I/o PS Chopal.

7.     An Accident: Case FIR No.81/18 has been registred at PS Rampur on 27.06.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O VPO Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 27.06.2018 when he and his friend Pradeep Negi was coming on his Bike No.HP26A-2052 form Nogli to Rampur and at about 4:0 PM when they reached near Bushahr Regency Rampur a Alto Car No.HP06A-3763 came rashly from Rampur side and hit his vehicle. The car was driving by Palas Ram S/o Sh. Tikkam Ram R/O Ward No.7 Lahasa Tehsil Rampur . In this incident he and his friend Pradeep Negi sustained injuries. The Case has been registered and investigated by SI Ganga Dev I/C PP City Rampur.

8.     During last 24 hours 388 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 205 fine realized Rs.1, 00,700/- and 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,000/-. 01 person challaned under mining act and Fine collected Rs 7,500/-
