Crime Report 28 July,2014

 

 

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 130/14 is registered at PS West on 26.07.2014 U/S 18,20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath, Incharge PP Dhami Shimla alleging therein that he along with staff were on Nakabandi duty near Rain Shelter at Dharog. At about 06:00 PM  two person namely Aminudeen  S/o Sh. Misar Deen R/o Village Markanda PO Jukhala, District Bilaspur and Tahir Khan S/O Sh. Rasid Muhmad R/O Gajod PO Jukhala, District Bilaspur intercepted by Police.During search 150 Gram Charas & 210 Gram Opium recovered from Aminudeen and 150 Gram Charas & 100 Gram Opium recovered from Tahir Khan. The case is being investigating by ASI Amar Nath, I/C PP Dhami.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 99/14 is registered at PS Theog on 27.07.2014 U/S 279,337,304-A IPC on the statement of Sh. Saurabh Joshi S/o Sh. Pawan Joshi R/o Shalli Bazaar, Theog Shimla alleging therein that on 27.07.2014, Vijay Kumar informed him telephonically that his servant's Alto K-10 car No. HP-62B-0824 has met with an accident on NH-22  near Sandhu. On this information he went to the spot and saw that the above car has completely destroyed and driver/owner namely Sh. Vigyan Chand & two another persons have got injured and one person has been died on the spot. The case is being investigating by ASI Om Prakash, I/O PP Theog.

3. A Burglary case FIR No 101/14 is registered at PS Sadar, Shimla today i.e. on 28.07.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC that some unknown person has broken the window pane of School, entered in the Headmistress office and stolen away one LCD TV 31cm Videocon and Web box along with One track suit and one Volleyball. The Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O P.P Lakkar Bazar Shimla.

4. A Burglary case FIR No. 107/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 28.07.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC that during the intervening night of 27/28.07.2014 some unknown person has entered in his shop and stolen away electric articles & hardware items by breaking the ply board and glass of window. The case is being investigated by SI Tavender Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

5. During last 24 hours 89 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act & 03 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 15,400/-

1. Accused Hanish Sharma S/o Sh. Ashok Sharma, Upper Bazaar Chail, PS-
   Kandaghat, Solan A/p Shopkeeper, Shop No.- 7, Chini Bangla, Kufri, Shimla arrested in Case FIR No. 105/14 Dt. 25.07.14 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, today sent to  Judicial custody.

2. Two accused namely Aminudeen  S/o Sh.Misar Deen R/o Village Markanda PO Jukhala, District Bilaspur and Tahir Khan S/O Sh. Rasid Muhmad R/O Gajod PO Jukhala, District Bilaspur arrested in Case FIR No. 130/14 Dt. 27.07.14 U/S 18,20-61-85 ND&PS Act at  PS West are on police remand upto 30.07.2014.
