Crime Report 02 July, 2014

1. A House-trespass case FIR No. 85/14 is registered at PS Theog on 01.07.2014 U/S 451 323 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Desh Raj S/o Sh. Kishan Chand R/o Village- Umarn, PO- Munish Bahali, Tehsil & PS- Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that  he is working as driver in vehicle No. HR-68-0511 of Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Jhakri, Shimla. On 01.07.2014, he was sitting in his room, then one person namely Kulbeer, Helper L&T has taken him to the shop. At the same time three persons namely Vijay S/o Sh. Heera Singh, Bhishu S/o Sh. Jeet Ram and Akshay S/o Sh. Narayan Singh came in the shop and beaten him.  The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash, I/O PS Theog.

    

2. A Theft case FIR No. 92/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 01.07.2014 U/S  U/S 379 IPC & 25 Telegraph Act online compliant that during the intervening night of 26.06.2014, some unknown person has stolen away  50 pair approximate 200 meter long cable wire from Lambi Dhar- Churat Nallah road. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Singh I/O PS Dhalli

    

3. A Theft case FIR No. 93/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 01.07.2014 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Telegraph Act that he is working as telephone mechanic since 8/9 years.  on 26.06.2014, he was checking the telephone line and found that some unknown person has stolen away 50 pairs 40 meter long and on 27.6.2014 50 pairs 100 meter long cable wire from Bag to Devag.  he was telephonically came to know that the telephone line from Vill. Jagroti to Durgapur & G.S.S. School Sewag have also been stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet singh I/C PP Mashobra.

    

4. An Accident case FIR No. 27/14 is registered at PS New Shimla today i.e. on  02.07.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kakkar S/o Lt. Sh. Satinder Kumar Kakkar R/o D-1 Paras Dass Garden near CPRI Colony Shimla age-43 year alleging therein that on 01.07.2014 he was walking on NH-22. At about 10:35 when he reached near Rajveer Motors and saw that one car came rashly from Khalini and falls down from the road in deep nallah. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I/O PS New Shimla.

    

5. An Accident case FIR No. 86/14 is registered at PS Theog today i.e. on  02.07.2014 U/S 279 337 304-A IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hitender S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o Village- Galoo, PO- Fagu, Tehsil & PS- Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.07.2014 he was going for repair of his vehicle. When he reached at Bhekhalti, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-62-A-1814 (Utility) rashly overtake his vehicle and hit the Maruti Car No. HP-06-0113, coming from Theog side. Above Maruti car fell down from the road, in which three persons were sitting. Two persons died on the spot and one person is under treatment at CH Theog.    The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/O PS New Shimla.

    

6. During last 24 hours 151 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 14 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 26,880/-.
