Crime Report 07 July 2014

  1. An Accident case FIR No.36/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 06.07.14 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajinder Singh S/O Sh.Khushi Ram R/O Village Badyara Tehsil Chirgaon alleging therein that on 06-07-2014 at about 06-15 PM a Van No. HP-10A-4272 met with an accident due to negligent driving of Driver Rajesh S/O Puran Chand R/O Village Thali Tehsil Chirgaon. The case is being investigating by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.

     

  2. A Burglary case FIR No.113/14 is registered at PS West on 06.07.2014 U/S 457 380 IPC that on 04-07-2014 she went to her native village after locking her quarter. On 06-07-2014 she return back and found that some unknown person had broken the door lock and stolen away gold ornaments and Cash Rs.9,000/-. The case is being investigating by HC Yog Raj, I/O PP Dhami. 

     

  3. An Excise Act case FIR No 46/14 is registered at PS Rohru today i.e. on 07.07.2014 on the rukka of ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP City rohru alleging therein that on 07.07.14 he along with staff were on Naka duty at Samala. During nakabandi they recovered 32 bottles of country liquor in possession of Virender Kumar S/o Sh. Shyama Nand VPO Nankhri Tehsil Rampur Shimla. The case is being investigating by ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP City Rohru.

     

  4. A Wrongful Restraint case Fir No. 79/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 07.07.2014 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been on the application of Krishan Kumar S/o Dhan Bahadur R/o VPO- Bonda, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 07.07.2014 at about 7.30 AM he along with Ashwani Kumar were going to Indira Market Rampur. On the way Nand Kumar and Vishal have obstructed his way and beaten him. The case in being investigating by HC Yoginder Kumar I/O PP City Rampur.

     

  5. During last 24 hours 120 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 04 person's challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 25,100/-.
