Crime Report 14 July,2014

1. An Accident case FIR NO 40/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 13-7-14 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Smt. Yamuna Devi W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Village Kochari PO Jeori, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 13.07.14 during day time she was going to Jeori Bazaar then a white colour Car came towards Jhakri and Hit her in which she got sustained injuries .The case is being investigating by ASI Bhup Singh I/C PP Jeori.

2. A Burglary case FIR No.93/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 14.07.14 U/S 457,380 IPC that on intervening night on 13/14.07.14 some unknown person has broken the lock of his shop and stolen away 08 Mobiles and cash Rs.30,000/- The case is being investigating by  ASI Mohinder Singh  I/O PS Sadar.

3. A Rioting Case FIR No. 120/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 14.07.14 U/s 451,147,149,323 IPC on the statement of Smt. Parvina W/o Sh. Vinod Kumar R/o Shyam Niwas Vill. Agwahi PO Shoghi Shimla alleging therein that on 13-07-14 evening at around 6-15 PM his neighbourer Sh Om Parkash & his family members came in to his house/varanda and beaten her. The case is being investigating by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West.

4. A Burglary Case FIR No. 121/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 14.07.14 U/s 457,380 IPC that during the intervening night of 13/14-07-14 some unknown person has stolen away Rs. 10,000/- from his house by breaking the lock of his house. The case is being investigating by HC Liaq Ram I/O PS West.  

    

5. During last 24 hours 140 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.19,500/-
