Crime Report 04 July, 2014

  1. An Accident case FIR No. 83/14 is registered at PS East on 03.07.2014 U/S 279 IPC & 184 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Chander Urao S/o Sh. Jhirga Urao R/o Village & PO- Kugaon, Distt. Gumla (Jharkhand) alleging therein that on 03.07.2014, his munshi Jagdish was sent driver Krishan Kumar & Conductor Bandu Ram in vehicle No. HP-03B-6279 (Tipper) to bring the iron (Saria) from the store at Kanlog. At about 05-30 PM, when they reached at Chhota Shimla and turn towards link road, due to rash driving, driver Krishan Kumar has lost the control and tipper rolled down from the road.  The Case is being investigating by L/HC Kamlesh  I/O PS East.

     

  2. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 76/14 is registered at PS Rampur today i.e. on 04.07.2014 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pradeep Mehta S/o Sh. Sohan Lal R/o Village- Kandi, PO- Khaneri, Tehsil- Rampur, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 03.07.2014 at about 09:45 PM, when he was going to his home, two persons namely Rinku and Chhotu R/o Kinnaur have obstructed is way and beaten him.   The case is being investigated By HC Ram Lal I/O PS Rampur.

     

  3. An Accident case FIR No. 77/14 is registered at PS Rampur today i.e. on 04.07.2014 on the statement of Sh. Sahib Singh S/o Sh. Magni Ram R/o Village- Aadu, PO- Dhanawali, Sub-Tehsil- Nankhari, Shimla alleging therein that on 03.07.2014 at about 02:45 PM one Alto Car No. HP-06-3349 has met with an accident at Mairidhar, near Aadu due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Sohan Lal. Three persons namely Balwant Singh, Kedar Singh a/w driver Sohan Lal were sat in above vehicle and got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh, I/C PP Nankhari.

     

  4. A Burglary case FIR No. 94/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on  04.07.14 U/S 457,380 IPC that during the intervening night of 03/04.07.2014 some unknown person has broken the door lock of Bhima Kali temple, Kufri and stolen away 09 silver chhatra, 02 gold Bindi, one pair of silver payal. The case is being investigated by HC Bhajan Singh, I/O P.S Dhalli Shimla.

     

  5. During last 24 hours 154 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 02 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 26,200/-.
