Crime Report 20 July, 2014.

 

1. An accident case FIR No  41/14 dtd 19/7-14 U/S 279,304 IPC DD NO 23 at 8.15pm has been Regd. at PS Jhakri on the statement of Sansar Singh S/olt. Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Rattan pur Kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is posted at security guard in M/S Technology house Pvt. Ltd. Rattanpur on dated 19-07-2014 at 6P.M vehicle Pikup No HP -06A -4287 fell down near Rattanpur Majhewli about 600 meter from the road side in this accident 3 person namely1. Ved Prakesh S/o Kui Ram R/o Basali 2. Amer Singh S/o Shiv Ram R/o Sunda  3 Mast Ram S/o Dhani Ram R/o Village Halog found dead on the spot . Case is being investigated by  SI/ SHO Trilok Chand PS Jhakri

2. An attempt to commit culpable homicide case FIR No 99/14 dated 19-07-2014 U/S 308 IPC has been registered on the statement of SI Puran Chand Traffic wing alleging therein that on 19-07-2014 at about 6.30 P.M  when he was on traffic duty along with constable Joginder Singh at US Club Shimla .One Pickup No HP 62 A 1724 had drove the vehicle rashly and hit him deliberately resultantly he received multiple injuries . Case is being investigated by Si Manoj Kumar I/O PS Sadar .

3. A Murder Case  FIR NO 41/14 DATED 19/7/14 U/S 302 IPC has been regd. at PS Chirgaon, on the statement of Sh. Prahu Ram S/O SH Jangloo Ram Village Khashdhar, The. Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla, HP at present Chokidar HPSEB Colony Sandasu, Chirgaon stated that on 18/7/14 a unidentified dead body of male person found in the Sewerage Tank Sandasu. During the course of inquest  it found that some unknown person killed him and thorn in sewerage tank. Dead body referred by MO CHC Sandasu To IGMC for postmortem. Case is being investigated by SI/ SHO Ashish Samuel.

 

     4. During last 24 hours 136 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.18600/-
