Crime Report 16 July,2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 95/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 16.07.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Laiq Ram S/O Sh.Budhi Ram Negi R/O Village Rihan PO Devgarh Tehsil Kotkhai Shimla alleging therein that on 15-07-2014 at about 09-00 PM  he was going to home in his Motorcycle No. HP-52A-7350.When he reached near Ghora Sarai  he stopped his motorcycle at the same time a Maruti car No. HR-51D-0071 hit his motorcycle from back side and he got injured. The case is being investigating by HC Vinod Bhagta I/O PS Sadar.   

    

2. A Rioting case FIR No.94/14 is registered at PS Theog on 15-07-14 U/S 143,147,148,149,323 IPC on the statement of Sh Vinit Verma S/O Lt. Sh. Inder Singh Verma R/O Jageri PO & Tehsil Theog Shimla alleging therein that on 15-07-2014 he along with Vijay, Sanjay & Vikram were stand at bus stand Theog. At about 04-30 PM Rakesh Singha came there in two vehicles with Bal Krishan Bali, Sonu, Bhlech, Suresh Verma, Surender Khachi, Mahenduna Godhar, Nishant Thakur, Vinod Kashyap, Susheel Chandel, Arun Chandel & Viju and attacked on them with khukhri & sword, in this incident they got injuries. The case is being investigating by SI Shankar Singh  PS Theog.  

    

3. A Fire case FIR No.40/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon today i.e. on 16.07.14 U/S 285 IPC on the complaint of Sh Shiv Chand S/O Sh. Jog Ram R/O Village Tikkar Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla alleging therein that on 15-07-2014  at about 09-00 PM a fire has been broke out in his house.The case is being investigating by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Chirgaon.

    

4. During last 24 hours 189 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.32,700/-
