Crime Report 24 July,2014

  1. An Accident case FIR No. 53/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 23.07.14 U/S  279,337 IPC on  the statement of Miss Parul Fista D/o Sh. Amrit Fista  R/o Village- Saltu, PO- Arahal, Tehsil- Rohru, District- Shimla alleging therein that she was going to home a/w her father Sh. Amrit Fista on Motorcycle No HP-10A-2658. When they reached near Samala, one vehicle Tata Gold driven by Sandeep Kumar, came rashly in wrong side and hit their Motorcycle. In this accident they got sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Kundan Lal I/O PP City Rohru.

  1. An Accident case FIR No 53/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain today i.e. on 24.07.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Basu Dev S/o Sh. Rama Nand R/O Village- Bhtoli, PO Malyver, Tehsil and PS- Gumarwin,  Distt- Bilaspur alleging therein that he is the driver of private Bus No HP-35C-0536. On 24.07.2014, he is going from Urtoo to Shimla route & 30 passengers were traveling in this bus. At about 10:00 AM, when he reached Near Milk Plant Bithal, one truck No HP-63A-1610 coming from Sainj with rash & negligent driving and hit his Bus. In this accident some passengers got sustained injuries, this accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the Driver of above truck. The case is being investigating by ASI  Dev Raj I/C PP Sainj.  

  1. A Rioting case FIR No. 98/14 is registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 24.07.2014 U/S 147,149,341,323,506 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Nand Lal R/o Village Sainj, Tehsil- Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 23.07.2014 at about 12:00 PM, he was coming to home after attending the marriage. When he reached near Sainj, at the same time Surender S/o Sh. Lachhi Ram, Mohinder S/o Sh. Hira Singh, Sandeep S/o Sh. Lachhi Ram, Harish S/o Sh. Rati Ram, Kaidiya @ Moti have obstructed his way, beaten him and threatened him for dire consequences.

     

  2. During last 24 hours 242 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 02 persons   challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 62,100/-
