A Wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 75/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 03.07.2014 U/S 341,323,506B IPC on the statement of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Beli Ram R/O Village- Shola, PO & Tehsil- Nankhari, Distt- Shimla, age 39 year alleging therein that on 02.07.2014 about 6.30PM, he was going to the hotel at Nankhari Bazar, at the same time Subhash Thakur obstruct his way and beaten him. The Case is being investigating by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari .

A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 46/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 03.07.2014 U/S 341,323,34,427 IPC on the application of Sh Deepak Kaul S/O Sh Karam Chand Kaul R/O Village- Mailan, PO- Kotgarh, Tehsil- Kumarsain, Distt- Shimla alleging therein that on 02.07.2014, he is attending marriage Ceremony at Village- Mailan. Two persons Namely Sharil Mangal and Rishb Kaul have obstructed his way and beaten him and broken his cell phone. The case is being investigated By ASI Lachhi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.
