Crime Report 17 July,2014

1. A Theft Case FIR No. 101/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 16.07.14 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Telegraph Act on the on line complaint of Sh. Rajinder Prasad S/O Lt. Sh. Ajeet Ram telephone exchange Lamba Jubbar under JTO Mashobra alleging therein that 50 pair cable approx. length 350 Mtr has been stolen away from Village Bandy to Tipra during intervening night of 14/15-07-2014.The case is being investigating by HC Rameshwar I/O PS Dhalli.

    

2. A Dog Bite case FIR No.87/14 is registered at PS East on 16-07-2014 U/S 289 IPC on the statement of Smt. Samodhi Sharma W/O Sh. Karam Chand Sharma R/O Chuhan Niwas Parimahal Shimla alleging therein that on 16-07-2014 at about 03-20 PM  her house owner  dog bite his nephew Nischal. The case is being investigating by HC shish Pal I/O PP Kasumpti.

3. An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty A case FIR No. 32/14 registered at PS Kotkhai on 16-07-2014  U/S 341,353,332,504 IPC on the complaint of Sh Joginder Singh S/O Sh Mani Ram R/O Banol PO Nagan Teh Kotkhai working as Driver HRTC  bus No. HP-34-6381 Shimla alleging therein that on 16/7/2014 he was on duty in bus route from Shimla to Kotkhai. At about 10-00 PM when he reached at bus stand Kotkhai one person namely Sumit Chauhan S/O Sh Ram Parkash R/O village Bajoha PO Baghar Teh Kotkhai Distt Shimla stopped the bus and directed to driver to drive back the bus up to wine shop. But he refused to do so. Sh. Sumit Chauhan opened the driver door of bus and dragging him from seat, beaten up brutally and abused him   The case is being investigating by SHO PS Kotkhai.

4. A Criminal Breach of trust case FIR No.96/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 16-07-2014 U/S 406 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kochhad S/O Sh. Baldev Raj R/O Flat No-2, Block-C, Regent House Apartments, The Mall Shimla alleging therein that he is a Govt. contractor having a store in Pursharth Basti Shimla. On 16-07-2014 morning his son Amit Kocher opens the store lock and found that some articles were missing from the store. When he checked Mr. Gopal the servant of store, he was not present there. He is in doubts that said Gopal their servant has stolen above articles. The case is being investigating by HC Bala Ram I/O PS Sadar

    

5. During last 24 hours 167 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.   16 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & 03 Challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.32,700/-
