Crime Report 10 July,2014

1. An Excise Act Case FIR No. 88/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 10.07.2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Nag Dev I/O P.S Sadar Shimla alleging there in that today on 10.07.2014 at about 10.30 am during patrolling near Lift Cart Road Shimla, he recovered 11 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Ravi Kumar S/O Sh Dilbag Singh R/O A/P Dhara near Gogi Shop 309/1 Sikh Line Krishna Nagar Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/O  PS Sadar Shimla

    

2. A Burglary Case FIR No. 87/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 09.07.14 U/S 454 380 IPC that on 09.07.2014, some unknown person has broken the door lock of his office and stolen away one Samsung mobile and cash Rs. 2,30,000/-. The case is being investigating by P/SI Deepak I/O PS Sadar.

    

3. A Theft Case FIR No 83/14 is registered at PS Rampur today i.e. on 10.07.2014 U/S  379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kahan Singh Negi R/o Village Chuhabag, Tehsil-Rampur, Distt.- Shimla HP alleging therein that on 09.07.2014, during night hours he  parked his Vehicle No HP 06-0099 near Hotel Little Chef at Chuhabag. During intervening night of 09/10.07.2014, some unknown persons has stolen away two tyres from his vehicle and one tyre from another Vehicle Balero No HP51(temp) 5490 of Sh. Deepak Kumar. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PS Rampur.

    

4. During last 24 hours 220 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 01 person challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 29,800/-.
