Crime Report 15 July,2014

1. An Accident case FIR No. 92/14 is registered at PS Theog  today i.e. on 15.07.14 U/S 279,304-A IPC on the statement of Sh. Jai Ram S/O Sh. Kewal Ram R/O Village Banad Ghatti, PO Kelvi, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 14.07.14 he was present at home then at about 09-40 PM he received a phone call from Hemant who asked him about his father Shyam Lal. After that they rushed towards roadside and found near Patlog More Vehicle No. HP-09A-1298 and Shyam Lal found dead on the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Teja Singh I/O PS Theog.

2. An Accident Case FIR No 28/14 is registered at PS Jubbal on 14.07.14 U/S 279,304A on the statement of Khem Bhadur Nepali C/O Moti Lal Tanta R/O Vill. Mihana (Dochi) Tehsil and PS Jubbal alleging therein that on 14.07.2014 he was coming A/W other Neplai labourers from the apple garden of Sh. Moti Lal Tanta, at about 5.15 PM suddenly a Tanker bearing No HR-68A-1442 come from Jubbal side in rashly and  hit his brother in law Mohan Singh S/O Sita Ram R/O Vill. Rolpa, Anchal Rapti Nepal C/O Sh. Moti Lal Tanta age 40 years who was walking A/W with him on the road side fell down on the road and died on the spot. The case is being investigating by ASI Raj Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.

3. A Murder Case FIR No 29/14 is registered at PS Jubbal today i.e. on 15.07.2014 U/S 302 IPC   on the statement of Sh. Daleep Singh S/O Lt Sh. Suraj Bhadur C/O Chaman Lal R/O Vill. Khara Pathar Tehsil and PS Jubbal alleging therein that he was working as a labourer with Chaman Lal R/O Vill. Khara Pather Tehsil and PS Jubbal since 1998 (.) His sister namely Krishana married with Jai Bhadur who was working as a labourer with Sh. Mukand Lal R/O Vill. Jhaldi (Deem) for last five years. On 14/07/14 his sister Krishana inform him on his mobile that her husband Jai Bhadur is ill. Today at about 6.00AM he went to Jhaldi to look after his sister and her husband. He saw that the door of Dhara was half opened and the dead bodies of his sister Krishna and her two children Kaka age 2 months and daughter Anju age 5 years were lying in the dhara. He called local perons on the spot, who informed the Police (.) The case is being investigating by  SI/SHO Viri Singh PS Jubbal.

    

4. During last 24 hours 199 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.35,100/-
