Crime Report On November 29, 2015.

1. A Kidnapping case FIR No. 292/15 has been registered at PS West on 28-11-15 U/S 363 IPC on the statement of Smt. Nisha D/O Sh. Rama Nand R/O Vill. Raghora, PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla A/P V.P.O. Jathia Devi, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that her nefew Neeraj S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Bagain, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla is residing with her for the last one year and he is studying in 11^th Class at GSSS Khalag. On dated 27.11.2015 he went to school and not returned back to home till today. She searched him in her all relationships but could not be traced out. The case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal PP Jatogh, PS West, Shimla.
2. A Prevention of Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 505/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28-11-2015 u/s 3 of HP open places prevention of disfigurement act, 1985,  on the rukka of ASI Dharam Singh I/O PP Sanjuali, PS Dhalli, stated therein that when he was on duty at local Bus Stop engineghar Sanjauli, he found a poster marked as "WONDER YEARS PRE NURSERY/ NURSERY OPPOSITE INDANE SANJAULI 0177 2843104, 9816645600" pasted on electric pole over there illegally. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh I/O PP Sanjauli, PS Dhalli, Shimla. 
3. A Prevention of Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 510/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28-11-2015 u/s 3 of HP open places prevention of disfigurement act, 1985,  on the rukka of HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli, stated therein that on dated 28.11.2015 at 3.55 PM when he was on duty at Chalounthi bifurcation, he found a poster marked as "KES, BANK PO, CLERICAL, HP ALLIED ETC. MOB. NO. 94186 61276" pasted over there illegally. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli, PS Dhalli, Shimla. 
4. An Accident Case FIR No. 29/15 has been registered ar PS Kupvi on dated 28.11.15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi, stated that one vehicle No. HP 08A-1665 Bolero Camper met with an accident near Bus stop Village Mashot, G.P Jubbli, Tehsil Kupvi in which one person/Driver Vikrant S/O Sh. Daulat Ram Village Mashot sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to the negligence of above Driver Vikrant. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O P.S Kupvi. 
5. An Accident Case FIR No. 293/15 has been registered ar PS West today on 29.11.15 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jagdish Kumar S/O sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Bhaloh, PO Ghannahatti, Teh. & Distt Shimla presently security guard at Snow View Automobile alleging therein that when he was on duty on the intervening night of 28/29.11.2015 at 12.30 AM, an Eisher Canter NO. HR 68A-5245 struck with a scorpio parked there and broken the doors of above scorpio. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh I/O P.S West. 
6. An Accident Case FIR No. 122/15 has been registered ar PS Kumarsain today on 29.11.15 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of sh. Navender Kanwar S/O Sh. Kapur Singh R/O Vill. Chhakdyal, PO Kamla Nagar, Teh. & Distt Shimla stated that on dated 29.11.2015 he alongwith his friends was going to Hattu Temple Narkanda, in his Santro car No. HP 03C-3109, when they reached near Konthlu Morh Narkanda, the driver lost his control over the car and rolled down about 200 mtrs from the road. In this accident they all four persons sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar I/O PP Narkanda, PS Kumarsain.
7. During last 24 hours 190 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 98 and fine realized Rs. 42, 000/-  

Follow up 

1.         Accused Abhishek S/o Sh. Sudesh Kumar R/O House No. 102 Mohalla Sodal Nagar Jalander Tehsil Jalander Punjab age 25 years arrested in Case FIR No 210/15 dt. 26-11-15 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act at PS Rampur sent on Judicial  Custody upto 09.12.2015.

2.       Accused Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Hari Bahadur R/o Village Tharmare P.O. Charlighat Tehsil Jimali Distt. Salyan Anchal Rapti Nepal age 18 years A/P  C/O Sh. Sukh Nand Village Matlu PO Bagi Tehsil & PS Kotkhai Distt. Shimla HP has been arrested in case FIR No. 113/15 Dated 14/11/2015 U/S 302 IPC PS Rohru is on Police remand upto 03-12-2015.
