Crime Report 16 November, 2015

  1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 115/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 15-11-2015 U/S 13-3-1967 Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI  Brij lal I/C PP Narkanda stated therein that on 15-11-2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling toward Shilaru. During patrolling 06 nepali persons were found playing gambling in Shilaru Jungle near NH-5 and recovered Rs 9000/- The case Is being Investigated By ASI brij lal I/C PP narkanda .
  2. A House Trespass case FIR No. 280/15 has been registered at PS West on 15-11-2015 u/s 452,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Dr. Parveen S. Bhatia SMO I/C CHC Dhami alleging therein that on 15-11-2015 when he was present at his home at the same time his brothers-in-law Sanjay Kumar, Pankaj Kumar, Anita Kumari W/o Sanjay Kumar and mother in law entered in his house, broken landline set, abused and pushed him. The case is being investigated by HC Yog Raj I.O PP Dhami PS West.
  3. An Accident Case FIR No. 281/15 has been registered at PS West today on 16-11-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Fakir Chand S/o Sh. Attar Singh Sharma R/o Vill Naya PO & Tehsil Shilai District Sirmour stated therein that today he was  going from Shimla to Solan in his vehicle No. HP 62A-2404 Tipper. When he reached at Bharti Patrol Pump at the same time one Van No. HP 01A-1181 came rashly and negligently from Solan Side and collide with his Vehicle. In this accident he and  driver of Van Ganesh @ Bittu sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar. I.O PS West.
  4. An Accident Case FIR No. 65/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 16/11/15 U/S 279,304A IPC on  the statement  of  Sh Ramesh  Chand  S/o  Sh  Fagnu Ram R/o  Vill  Chabri  Tehsil   Jubbal  Distt Shimla stated  therein that  today  a  Maruti car No.  HP 10A-7576 met with an  accident  near  Chabri due to rash and negligent driving of driver Sh.  Vinod  kumar   @ sonu  S/o  Sh  Roshan  Lal  R/o  Vill  Patsari  age 32 yrs and  died on  the  spot . The case  is being investigated  by  ASI  Raj Kumar  I/O  PS  Jubbal .
  5. During last 24 hours 144 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 81 and fine relized Rs. 27,400/-
