Crime Report 06 November, 2015

1. A Theft case FIR No 181/15 has been registerted at PS Theog on 05.11.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the rukka of HC Inder Singh I.O. PS Theog stated therein that on 05-11-2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Prem ghat, Theog. When they reached at Janog ghat a person namely Jivan S/o Sh Mewa Lal R/o village Khara Tensil Simratu Nepal at present C/o Sh Paramanand village Sanana P/o Sandhu Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla intercepted by them. During search 7.5 Kg copper wires has been recovered from his possession. The case is being investigating by HC Inder Singh I/O PS Theog.

2.  A Theft case FIR No 134/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 05.11.2015 U/S 379,411,34 IPC on Rukka of HC Brijesh I.O.   PP Lakkar Bazaar stated therein that  on 05-11-2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Barmu. When they reached near Barmu two women namely Smt. Maya W/o Rampal R/o Downdale & Anita W/o Sh Dharam Pal R/o downdale were coming from Barmu side by carrying heavy begs. During checking they recovered PVC cable wires, broken fiber glasses, iron angles from their possession. The case is being investigating by HC Brijesh I/O PP lakkar Bazaar.

3.  A Theft case FIR No. 99/15 has been registered at PS East today on 06-11-2015 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Mukta kashyap R/o block no 3C-2 Strawberry hill Chotta Shimla alleging therein that on 05-11-2015 she had parked her alto 800 car No. HP03A-7500 at Housing board colony strawberry hill Chotta Shimla. On 06-11-2015 morning her husband found that the car was stolen by unknown person from the parking. The car has been recovered in Dhalli.

4. During last 24 hours 152 vehicles challaned under M.V Act and  06 persons challaned under smoking  Act. Total Challan compounded = 102 and fine realized Rs. 44,900/-
