Crime Report on 12 November 2015

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 198/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on  11.11.2015 U/S 13 of Public Gambling Act 1867 on the rukka of SI Shyam Tomer I/C PP Nankhari alleging therein that on 11.11.2015 at about 1:30 PM when he was on patrolling along with staff at Kofri Thach Forest near Chaddi  he saw four persons namely Vikas Thakur S/o Sh. Babu Ram Thakur Village Kalmog Tehsil Rampur , Ashok Kumar Mehta S/o Sat Ram Mehta Village Tharu P/o Delath Tehsil Rampur ,Chet Ram S/o Late Sh. Karam Chand Village Shila P/o Nankhari Tehsil Rampur And Satpal Singh S/o Sh Jinsu Ram Village Lahari P/o Nankhari Tehsil Rampur were  playing Cards on bet  in open place at  Kofri Thach Forest near Chaddi and recovered Rs.14000/- from their possession.The case is being investigating by SI Shyam Tomar I/C PP Nankhari.

 

2. A Gambling Act case FIR No 199/15 has been registered at 12.11.2015 U/S 13 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Shyma Tomer alleging therein  that on  11.11.2015 at about 4.45 PM when he was on patrolling along with staff at Jabadala 4  persons namely  Devender Singh, Gagan Singh , Mahender Mehta & Pardeep Kumar were playing with cards on bet and recovered Rs3700/-The case is being  inestigatin Shyam Tomer by I/C PP Nankhri.

 

3. A Resistance or obstruction by a person to his lawful appre­hension case FIR No.275/15 has been registered at PS West on 11.11.2015 U/S 224 IPC on the statement of Sh Sunil Kumar -1^st Barder  constable  Central Jail Kanda Shimla alleging therein that on 10.11.2015 a convicted person U/S 302 IPC namely Suresh Kumar S/o Sh Mast Ram Central Jail Kanda Shimla went outside for work but did not came back to Central Jail.The case is being investing by ASI Mohan Lal I/o PS West.

 

4. An Accident case FIR No. 64/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 11.11.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of Insp/SHO Mathura Dass Ps Jubbal stated therein that  a Van No. CHM -0479 met with accident near village Jharag in which two person namly driver Satish Kumar  S/o sh. Karam Dass R/o village Jharage  and Ankush  Negi S/o Sh. Hari Singh  Negi Village Nakrari substained injuries. This accident happened due to rush and negligent driving of driver Satish Kumar . The case is being investigating by INS/SHO Mathura Dass  PS Jubbal.

 

5. An Accident case FIR No 276/15 has been  registered at PS West on 12.11.2015 U/ S 2279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Mukesh Sharma S/o Sh Satya Prakesh Sharma village Nehra Tehsil & Distt Shimla alleging therein that he was going towards Dhami in his vehicle No HP-62C- 0341 along with his friends when he reached near Krishna Hotel at Ghanati a vehicle No HP-08C-8000 came rashly from Dhami side & hit his vehicle .Due to this accident they sustained injuries .This accident happened due to rash & negligent driving of driver Prem Kumar S/o Sh Sant Ram R/o village Nalohi  Tehsil & Distt Shimla .The case is being investigating by HC Yog Raj I/O PS West.

 

6. During last 24 hours 86 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 28 and fine realized Rs. 10,200/-
