Crime Report on 10 November 2015

1.  A Gambling Act case FIR No 78/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 09.11.15 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling on the rukka of SI/SHO Munish Raj Sharma Stated therein  that on 09.11.2015 at 3:15 PM he was on patrolling duty along with staff towards Chirgaon Bazaar during that he got Secret information that some persons were playing gamble with plying cards at Bazaar .He went there along with staff & recovered Rs 43200/- from their possession. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO Munish Raj Sharma SHO PS Chirgaon.

2.  An Accident case FIR No 185/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 09.11.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Mrs Varinda Thakur W/o Late Sh Chater Singh R/o Thakur Niwas Jai Lakshmi Furniture Fagu Tehsil theog alleging therein that she has parked her two vehicles HP-09C-0240 & HP-09-1365 at above mention address. Near about 5:00 PM a HRTC bus No HP 42-0958 came rashly from Fagu side and hit her both vehicles parked in her residence .In this Accident her both  vehicles have damaged.This accident happened due to rash & negligent driving of HRTC Bus driver namely Raj Kumar S/o Sh Jagat Ram .The case is being investigating by HC Ramesh I/O PP Fagu.

3.  An Accident case FIR 113/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain  on 10.11.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of inder jeet thakur S/o Sh Prem chand Thakur R/o Vill Dharoli PO Nithar , Sub Tehsil Nithar Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu that he is the owner of vehicle Seift Car Bearing No HP-35-1882. ON today at about 11-30AM he was going towards Nithar To Kumarsain to his personal work on the way near Jubru NH-5 a truck bearing No HR37C-2395 was coming rashely in front of him and met with an accident .The case is being Investigating by HC Ram sain No 957 I/O P.S Kumarsain.

4. During last 24 hours 293 vehicles challaned under M.V Act and  10 persons challaned under smoking  Act. Total Challan compounded =117 and fine realized Rs. 49,900/-
