Crime Report on 11 November 2015

1. AN Excise Act case FIR No 102/15 has been registred at PS Fast  on 11.10.2015 U/S 39 of H.P Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post Kasumpti alleging that during Naka Bandi duty  he was present at  C.I.D Office Kasumpti along with staff they recovered 50 boxes of country liquor mark Lalkila from the possession of Balbir Chauchan S/O Partap Chauhan R/O Sarail P/O Basadhar Tehsil Theog District Shimla in the vehicke No. HP-62-3232.The case is being investigating by SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post Kasumpti.

 

2. A Theft case FIR NO. 99/15 has been registered at PS East on 10.10.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal Sharma S/o Sh. Gokal Ram Sharma R/o Sahaj Niwas Chhota shimla alleging therein that  during the intervening night of 09./10.11.2015 his alto car No. HP-12a-8345 bearing , was stolen away from housing board colony  parking Strawerry Hills Chhota Shimla by some unknown person.The case is being investigatingby HC Madhu Singh I/O Police Station East.

 

3. A Theft case FIR No 101/15 has been registered at PS East on 11.10.2015 U/S 457,380,511 IPC on the statement of Kameshwar ThakurS/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Mount View Anji Vikasnager Shimla alleging therein that on 11.10.2015 at 11.30 when he reached at his room he found that lock of the his room was broken and room was bolted from inside when he broken the door then he found one person was sleeping on his bed inside his room who broken the lock of his room with intension to steal his property  The case is being investigating HC Madhu Singh  I/O Police Station East.

 

4.  A Burglary case FIR No 111/2015 has been registered at PS Rohru on 10.11.015 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Kamla W/O Late Sh. Lal Chand R/O Vilalge Taloti (Karchhari) PO Sharontha Tehsil & PS Rohru, Distt. Shimla alleging therein she is residing in her parents home for last 3 years and when she checked her home on 09.11.2015 she found that some unknown person has broken the door lock of her house and stolen away 4 Rajaiya, 3 Blankets, one Gas Cylinder, 1 Gas stove, 6 steel Thaliyan(Plates), 6 Steel Glass (Mug), 6 Steel Bowls (Katoriyan), 2 Pressure Cooker 5 ltr. Each, one pair gold ear ring, School Certificate of 10th and 10+1 Class of her daughter Rekha etc. from her house. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP Tikkar.

 

5. A Murder Case FIR No 197/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 10.11.15 U/S 302, 34 IPC has been registered on the complainant of Smt. Jawala Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Dina Nath R/O Vill. Katmori Lanj PO Urtoo Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu HP alleging therein that her son namely Chaman Lal was working as laborer in Milk Plant at Duttnagar. On 05.11.2015, he went  to attend the marriage of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar at Village Faula along with his friends and not reported on his duty on next day.  She tried to call him but he did not receive any calls, there after she searched him at all possible places but didn't trace him. On 07.11.2015, she lodged a missing report  at PS Rampur. On 08.11.2015, his dead body was found at Bretu Nala. After that she came to know that  on 05-11-2015, Chaman Lal, Govind Ram, Sunil Kumar and Mohan Lal quarreled with Dev Raj & her Son Chaman Lal in the marriage. She doubts that above persons has murdered her son Chaman Lal and throw his dead body into the Bretu Nala. The case is being investigating by SI Shyam Tomer I/C PP Nankhari.

 

6. An Accident case FIR No. 418/15  has been registered at PS Dhalli on 10.11.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the rukka of HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli  on the statement of Sh. Sunil Dutta S/o Sh. Armi Chand Dutta, R/o Village Kalgoan, P/o Purjarli , Teh. Rohru & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he was going from his home to District Court when he reached at Sanjaulli Chowk at the same time a bus no. HP68-1746 came rashly from Lakkar Bazar side and hit him. Due to this accident he sustained injury. This accident happed due to rash and negligent driving of above bus driver. The case is being investigating  by HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjaulli.

 

7. An Accident case FIR no 63/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 10.11.15 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the complaint of Abudeen S/o Famudeen R/o Ghunda P/o Himari Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla HP alleging there in that on 10.11.15 at about 6.35 PM A Pick up No HP64-1295 met with an accident at Tilu Dhank (Hulli To Himari Road) Due to Negligent driving of its Driver Nishu R/o Ghunda Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla and fell down about 700 mtr. In which Driver Nishu and Sheela Devi Nepali died on spot and one another person Ramesh substained injuries. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO Dharam Sain Negi.

 

8. During last 24 hours 141 vehicles challaned under M.V Act and  02 persons challaned under smoking  Act. Total Challan compounded =66 and fine realized Rs. 21,700/-
