1. A Burglary case FIR No. 285/15 has been registered at PS West today on 19-11-2015 u/s 454,380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Kalpana Sharma W/o Sh. Ankush Sharma R/o House No. 206, 1^st floor, Hari Nagar Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that today some unknown person has broken the lock of his house and stolen away gold neckless, 03 pair ear ring, 04 ladies ring, 01 Gent's ring, Mangla Sutra , Chak, Balu, 02 pairs gold bangles, 01 hand watch and Rs. 15,000/- inside the almirah of her house. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh I.O. PS West.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 125/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 18-11-2015 u/s 279 IPC & 185 MV Act on the rukka of HC Parkash Chand I.O PS New Shimla stated therein that one vehicle No. HP 63A-1464 met with an accident near Kanlog due to rash and negligent driving of driver Jabru Ram Jilta S/o Ridak Ram R/o VPO Dashali Tehsil Rohru. The driver of vehicle found under the influence of alcohol. The case is being investigated by HC Parkash Chand I.O PS Nes Shimla.
3. An Accident  case FIR No. 284/15 has been registered at PS West today on 19-11-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Arun Thakur S/o Sh. Virender Singh Thakur R/o Vill Trai PO Piran Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 18-11-2015 he was coming from Solan to Shimla in the vehicle of Sh. Ram Parkash Thakur No. HP07C-0499. At about 09-30 PM when they reached at Old barrier Shimla at the same time one pick-up No. HP64-8679 came rashly and negligently towards Shimla and hit their vehicle. In this accident they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram I.O PS West.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 27/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 18-11-2015 u/s 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Attar Singh S/o Kali Ram R/o Vill Panog PO Kando bhatlog Tehsil Shilai Distt. Sirmour stated therein that on 18-11-2015 he alongwith Khattar Singh, Kundan Singh, Jeet Singh, Madan Singh, Yash Pal and Bishan Singh was going to Shilai from Bhalu-Kupvi in vehicle No. HP63-3463. When they reached at Thanah the driver of vehicle Bishan Singh lost control over the vehicle and it rolled down 40 meter from the road. In this accident Yashpal died and other persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Sandeep Kumar PS Kupvi.
5. During last 24 hours 197 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act and 05 challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 97 and fine realized Rs. 37,000/-

1. Kuldeep s/o Sh. Diwan Verma R/o Oddu PO Baldeyan Teh & Distt Shimla , arrested in case FIR No. 63/15 dated 15-11-15 u/s 457,380,511 & 379 IPC at PS Sunni released on bail by the trial court.  
2. Aman Baba S/O Sh Brij Mohan Baba R/O House No 145 Ward No-6 Housing Board Colony Kalka HR  Age 36 years arrested in case FIR No. 244/13 dt. 30/12/2013 u/s 420,467,468 IPC is on Police remand up to 21-11-15. 
3. Govind Singh S/o Sh. Nathu Ram, Sh Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Krishan Chand, Sh. Chaman Lal S/o Sh. Sohan Lal, Sunil Kumar S/o Ramesh Chand R/o Vill Majhevti, PO Devnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 197/15 Dt. 10-11-2015 u/s 302,34 IPC at PS Rampur sent to Judicial Custody by the trial court.
