Crime Report 24 November, 2015

1. An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No.116/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 23.11.2015 U/S 353, 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/O Village Langat PO Barmana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur HP A/P Driver HRTC Depot Rohru alleging therein that on   21-11-2015 he was on duty route from Rohru to Sharog in bus No HP10A-2579. At about 04-10 PM when he was present at bus stand Rohru at the same time Sh. Jagdish Retka came there manhandle, abused and  obstructed him to discharge Govt. duty. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I/C PP City Rohru.
2. An Accident  case FIR No 65/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 23-11-15 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Chunni Lal S/o Prem Lal Vill. hiwan PO Rewag Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla stated therein that one vehicle No. HP03-0953 met with an accident near Hiwan and rolled down 100 meter from the road due to rash and negligent driving of Hem Singh R/o Seri PO. Mandhodghat. In this accident Hem Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I.O PS Sunni.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 121/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 23-11-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Kashmiri Lal S/o Sh. Narshi Ram R/o Patti PO Rajhyan Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 23-11-2015 he was going to Shimla in his vehicle No. HP 63 5274 (Truck). At about 09-04 PM when he reached near Shanad rain shelter at the same time on Maruti car No. HP03-2266 came rashly and negligently and collide with his vehicle. In this incident the driver of Maruti car Shankar S/o Sh. Devi Ram R/o Vill Danda Shanti Kuteer Chakkar, Totu Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I.O PS Kumarsain.  
4. During last 24 hours 174 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act, 02 challan under smoking Act and 01 Challan under Mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 64 and fine realized Rs. 44,300/-  

Follow up 

1. Accused Sonu Chauhan S/o Sh Pyara Lal r/o village Sharmeli PO Sungri Teh Rohru Distt Shimla HP age 24 years  arrested in case FIR No 64/15 dated 22-11-15 u/s 20-61-1985 ND&PS Act at PS Kotkhai sent on Judicial Custody by the trial court.
2. Accused Ajay Garg S/O Lt. Sh. Darshan Dyal Garg R/O H.No. 65, Bazar Jutog Cantt Shimla H.P age 50 yrs has been arrested in case FIR No. 287/15 dated 22.11.2015 U/S 354 IPC at P.S. West released on bail by the trial court.
3. Accused Sunil Mahant S/o Sh. Chuni Lal R/o Vill Jhaina PO Kiarkoti Tehsil and Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 241/15 u/s 457,380,411,34 IPC at PS Dhalli released on bail by the trial court
