1. A Murder case FIR No. 177/15 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 31.10.2015 U/S 452,341,323,302,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kushal Bahadur S/o Sh. Bhim Bahadur R/O C/O Liaq Ram Niwas, Vill. Galu Klahan, PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that he is a Nepali origin. He and his father Bhim Bahadur is working in Liaq Ram's field since February, 2015. On dated 30.10.2015 at 7.30 PM his owner Liaq Ram come in his quarter where he, his father Bhim Bahadur and contractor Mohan Bhandari were present and said that just leave the quarter. On this he, Bhim Bahadur & Contractor Mohan Bhandari went to Mohan Bhandari's house. When they reached at Shouji Devi's field, Liaq Ram's son-in-law sh. Padam Singh, Puneet, Sunil & other local residents beaten them with sticks & kicks. In this incident he sustained injuries and contractor Mohan Lal Bhandari died. The case is being investigated by A.S.I. Ram Singh I/C PP Fagu, PS Theog, Shimla.
2. An ND & PS Act case FIR NO. 319/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated 31-10-15 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act on the Rukka of SI Rajneesh Kumar I/C PP Lakkar Bazar stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Eversunny Road shimla. When he reached Near Eversunny they intercepted a person namely Ashwani Sharma @ Titu S/O sh. Madan lal R/O Geeta Bhawan, Eversunny Shimla and recovered 43 syrups of banned medicines marked as Chlorpheniramine Maleate & Codeine Phosphate cough syrup Corex Lot No. 520-133405 Exp Dt. Sep. 2016 100 ml each from his possession. The Case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh Kumar I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla.

A Gambling Act Case FIR No 188/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on dated 01-11-15 U/S 13 of Public Gambling Act on the rukka of SI ShyamTomer I/CC PP nankhari stated that on dated 31-10-15 at about 3.45 PM he was on patrolling with staff at Kofar Dhar Near Sholi he saw four persons namely 1. Bhagwan Dass S/o Ram Dayal vill.Garasu, 2. Avtar S/O Sh. Ram Sain Vill Dogridhar PO Sholi, 3. Rakesh Vill. Kadaili and 4. Prakash Vill Garasu were playing Cards on bet in open place at Kofardhar and recovered Rs.11,620/- from them. Case is being investigated by SI Shyam Tomar I/C PP nankhari, PS Rampur, Shimla.
4. A Forest Act Case FIR No 189/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on dated 01-11-15 U/S 447 IPC & 32,33 I.F. Act on the complainant of Sh Jai Chand Range Forest Officer, Forest Range Bahli, tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla alleging therein that Smt. Chander Mani W/o Sh. Rattan Dass R/O Vill.. Dimani, PO Taklech, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, HP encroached illegally upon the Govt. Land more than 10 bighas at Siyarla, Barshol. Case is being investigated by SI Ganga Dev I/C PP Taklech, PS Rampur, Shimla.
5. An Accident case FIR No 107/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 01.11.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Yashwant Singh S/O Sh. Narayan Singh R/O Vill. & PO Pokhi, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi, HP, stated therein that on 31.10.2015, he alongwiht Harish Thakur, Ugam Ram, Tilak Raj & Prem Sharma was going to attend the Barat at Nirmand on Alto Car No. HP 30-4013. When he reached Nr Sainj NH 5, said car met with an accident with the other Alto K10 due to rash & negiligent driving of both drivers. In this accident above five persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain.
6. A Theft case FIR No. 270/15 has been registered at PS West today on dated 01.10.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Raj Bahadur S/O Late Sh. Ram Niwaj Sharma R/O Verma Tea Shop Nr Rashtrapati Bhawan Main Gate Chaura Maidan, Shimla-4, HP, stated that he was sleeping in his house, he heard a sound of barking of dogs, he woke up and come to the Road where he saw that a person alongwith bundle of telephone cable wire was trying to hide himself. On this he alongwith local residents intercepted the above persons and recovered 102 meters telephone cable of 10 pair cable and 4 meter telephone cable from the possession of above person in the presence of SDO BSNL, TM BSNL & Police. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West, Shimla.
7. A HP Prevention of Disfigurement Act case FIR NO. 389/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 31-10-15 U/S 3 of HP Open places Prevantion of Disfigurment act 1985 on the Rukka of ASI Nag Dev I/C PP Mashobra stated that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty when he reached near Rest House, he saw that a poster of IAS/HAS Allied Services Nibus Academy Latest Selections in Exam, CHD-1, CDH-II, Shimla Mob. NO. 9318868310 was pasted on the wall of Panchayat Dept. Rest House illegally. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/C PP Mashobra, PS Sadar, Shimla.
8. A HP Prevention of Disfigurement Act case FIR NO. 390/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 31-10-15 U/S 3 of HP Open places Prevantion of Disfigurment act 1985 on the Rukka of ASI Nag Dev I/C PP Mashobra stated that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty when he reached near Rest House, he saw that a poster of IBS Pvt.Ltd Indias No-1 Institute for competitive Exams Mob. No 94187-78310 was pasted on the wall of Panchayat Dept. Rest House illegally. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/C PP Mashobra, PS Sadar, Shimla.
9. During last 24 hours 186 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 59 and fine realized Rs. 30,200.00 only.
