Crime Report on 05 November, 2015

1. An Accident case  FIR No 193/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.11.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC,187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Daini Kaith S/o Sh Sansar Dass village Jaguni P/o Dansa Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP stated therein that on  04.11.2015 at about 2:00 PM when he was present in his shop at Khopri at the same time one Eicher Truck No HP63-1206 came rashly and negligently from Nogli side & hit a moter cycle No HP35-2912. In this accident two persons namely Rahul Verma and Rajesh Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being  investigating by ASI Khaidhi Ram I/O PS Rampur

2. A Trespass case FIR No. 271/15 has been registered at PS West on 05.11.2015 U/S 451,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Sanjeev Kumar Sharma S/o Sh Babu Ram Sharma R/o village Ghatru P/o Ghanavag Tehsil Sunni at present c/o Ram Bhawan near PHC Ghanati Kufri Dhar Shimla alleging therein that on 04.11.2015 when he was present at home at the same time two persons namely Praveen Jaret & Ishwer came into his premises, abusing and beaten him. The case is being investigating by HC Yog Raj I.O PS West.

3. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles challaned under M.V Act and  02 persons challaned under smoking  Act. Total Challan compounded = 85 and fine realized  Rs. 38,600/-
