Crime Report 28 November, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 211/15 has been registered at PS Rapur on 27-11-15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur stated therein that on 27-11-2015 at about 03-00 am during Nakabandi at Nogli vehicle No HP 25B-0707 Pickup intercepted by him. During search  he recovered 70 boxes country liquor from the possession of Sh. Jai Singh and Pawan Kumar. The case is being investigating by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur.
2. A Criminal breach of trust by public servant case FIR No. 65/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 28-11-2015 u/s 409 IPC on the complaint of Junior Superintendent of Post Office Shimla alleging therein that Sh. Parkash Mansaik S/o Sh. Michhu Ram posted as Post Man at Post office Gumma has misappropriated the amount Rs. 25,000/- from the credit of different accounts of rural life insurance policies at Post office branch Gumma. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh I.O PS Kotkhai.  
3. A Mischief by fire case FIR No. 212/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 28-11-15 u/s 435 IPC on the statement of Sh. Krishan Dev S/o Subhash Chand R/o Ward No-1 Kalyanpur Tehsil Rampur Bushehar Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 27-11-15  he had parked his alto car No. HP06A-3332 on road side. Today morning he found that some unknown person has burnt his above vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Shashi Bhushan I.O PP City Rampur.
4. During last 24 hours 166 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act, 03 challan under smoking Act and 01 Challan under mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 44 and fine realized Rs. 33,400/-

1. Accused Abhishek S/o Sh. Sudesh Kumar R/O House No. 102 Mohalla Sodal Nagar Jalander Tehsil Jalander Punjab age 25 years arrested in Case FIR No 210/15 dt. 26-11-15 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act at PS Rampur sent on Judicial  Custody by the trial court.

2. Accused Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Hari Bahadur R/o Village Tharmare P.O. Charlighat Tehsil Jimali Distt. Salyan Anchal Rapti Nepal age 18 years A/P  C/O Sh. Sukh Nand Village Matlu PO Bagi Tehsil & PS Kotkhai Distt. Shimla HP has been arrested in case FIR No. 113/15 Dated 14/11/2015 U/S 302 IPC PS Rohru is on Police remand upto 03-12-2015.
