An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 282/15 has been registered at PS West on 16-11-2015 u/s 353 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/o late Sh. Neel Singh R/o Vill Malagan PO Kalihatti Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working in I&PH department (Ghech) Sub-Division Ghanahti Section Dhami. On 16-11-2015 he was on duty at village Ghech to repair the water pipes. When he was changing the water pipes at the same time Beli Ram S/o late Sh. Khayali Ram Vill Ghech and his family member came their and obstruct him to perform his duty, abused and manhandled him. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I.O PP Dhami PS West.
A Burglary case FIR No. Case 116/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 17-11-2015 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lalit Sharma S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Pujarali P.O Kalbog Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working as priest at Hattu Mata Temple Narkanda. In the intervening night of 16/17-11-2015 some unknown person has stolen away two silver ornaments ( Chatter 250gm) and Rs 2500/- from the temple. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Narkanda .
An Accident case FIR No. CASE FIR 186/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 17-11-15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the ruka of HC Ashok Kumar I.O PS Theog stated therein that Aashish Kumar alongwith 05 persons were going to sandhu in his A/F Maruti 800 car. Wheh he reached at Chailla Curve vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Ashish Kumar . In this accident Devinder S/o Sadh Ram Vill Namana PO Kiar Tehsil Theog died on the spot and other sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I.O PS Theog.

Kathua Jamu Kashmir age 52 years, arrested in Case FIR No 307/15 Dated 10.09.15 U/s 26,41,42 IFAct and 379,34 IPC at PS Dhalli are on Police remand upto 18.11.15
