Crime Report 02 November, 2015

1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 393/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.11.15 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra, PS Dhalli Shimla stated therein that on 01.11.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Durgapur. When they reached near Panchayat Ghar Naldehra, one Maruti Zen car No. HR-29D-7890 alongwith two persons namely Nitin Kishore S/o Sh. Raj Kishore Sharma R/o Village Rori, PO Ghaini, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 31 years & Bala Ram S/o Sh. Punnu Ram R/o Village Kodu, PO Durgapur, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 30 year, intercepted by them. During search, 100 gram charas has been recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra.  
2. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 77/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01-11-15 u/s 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the ruka of SI/SHO Munish Raj Sharma stated therein that on 01-11-15 at 05-00 pm when he alongwith staff was on patrolling and reached near Andhra Khad, Chirgaon and found that 04 persons namely Galobar Singh,  Partap Singh,  Puran Singh & Chunni Lal were playing gambling at public place and recovered  Rs. 52800/-  on the spot.  The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Munish Raj Sharma PS Chirgaon.
3. An Act done with intent to prevent child being born alive or to cause it to die after birth case FIR No. 178/15 has been registered at PS Theog on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Kumar R/o Village Bhog, PO Kokunalah, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla A/P Canteen Manager in HP Secretariat Shimla alleging therein that his worker namely Sarita W/o Sh. Devi Ram who was pregnant went for treatment in Negi Clinic at Theog. Where Dr. Negi asked her that if she want to abort the child he will do that and aborted her. After that when she reached at home, she suffered with heavy pain. On this, she was brought to KNH Shimla, where doctor told them that her intestine has been cut during abortion. Now, she is in serious condition at KNH Shimla due to negligence  of  Dr. Negi at Theog. The case  is being investigated by SI Garib Dass, I/O PS Theog.
4. A Burglary case FIR No. 179/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 02-11-15 u/s 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vikesh Kumar s/o Sh. Narayan Singh R/o Village Sanghoti PO Dhamandri tehsil Theog distt. Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 01/02-11-2015 some unknown person has stolen away the Cigarette i.e 172 packets of Gold Flake, 24 packets  of classic, 06 boxes of Premium Gold flake and 24 boxes of King from his godown at Sarog gali. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil I.O PS Theog.  
5. During last 24 hours 203 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 79 and fine realized Rs. 31,400/-
