Crime Report on 13th November 2015

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 114/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 12.11.2015 U/S 3, 4 -3-1967 Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj alleging therein that he got secret information that some persons were plying gamble with playing card at open place in his jurisdiction .He went there and recovered Rs 73000 from their possession .The case is being investigating by By ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj.

 

2. A Mischief by fire or explosive substance case FIR NO.26/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi 12.11.2015 U/S 436 IPC on the on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/o Sh Mangat Ram R/o village Ahanog P/o. Malat Tehsil Kupvi Distt shimla at present Pradhan of Gram Panchyat  Malat alleging therein that some unknown person has set a fire in Panchyat Ghar  Malat and destroyed entire record of  Panchyat .The case in being investigated by SI/SHO Sandeep Sharma PS Kupvi.

 

3. A Theft case FIR No.277/15 has been registered at PS west on 12.11.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajesh Panghania, Labour Officer Shimla ( Duggal Cottage Taradevi,Shimla-10) alleging therein that he has parked his vehicle No.HP-72a-0333 near Tara Devi Rain Shalter.Next day when he went there some unknown persons has been theft four wheels of his vehicle.The case is being investigating by HC Anil I/O PS West.

 

4. A Negligent conduct case FIR No.324/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 13.11.2015 U/S 285 on the statement of  Sh Avatar Singh S/o Hari Singh R/o Mohan Singh Thakur Niwas Dudhli Shimla alleging therein that on previous night he closed his carpenter shop and went for his residence. When he reached at his residence at the same time Smt Lata Devi called him & told that his shop was burning.He came back to his shop saw that everything was burnt in fire. The case is being investigating by HC Brijesh  Kumar I/O PP Lakkar Bazaar.

     

5.  During last 24 hours 124 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 43 and fine realized Rs. 14.300/-
