Crime Report on 15 November 2015

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 204/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 15.11.2015 U/S 13 of Public Gambling Act 1867 on the rukka of HC Shashi bhushan I/O PP City Rampur alleging there in that on 15.11.2015 at about 12.30 A.M when he was on patrolling alongwith staff at Patbangla Ground 5 persons namely  Satvir, Anil Kumar , Ghaysudin, Shiv Kumar & Ram Singh were playing Cards on bet  on public place and recovered Rs.7160/- fromtheir possession .The case is being investigating by HC Shashi Bhushan  I/O PP City Rampur

 

2. A Theft case FIR No 63/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 15.11.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC on 15.11.2015 on the rukka of ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni Alleging therein that he got information that some unknown persons were breaking the glasses of Vehicle HP 01A 5369 at Basantpur and also took mat ,boofers of that vehicle .He went there along with staff and saw that galsses of above vehicle had been broken & also got information that a truck No HP 31 7877 was there at the time of crime . He chase the vehicle and recovered all items which they took together .Also arrested three accused namely Kuldeep ,Tota Ram & Hemraj From Baldenyan. The case is being investigating by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni.

 

3. A Murder case FIR No. 113/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 14.11.2015 U/S 302 IPC regarding General Diary Entry No. 31 Dated 12.11.2015 & 19 Dated 13.11.2015 of PS Rohru on the postmortem report of unidentified dead body of a Nepali male age about 25 years in which M/O CH Rohru give the cause of death, "In my opinion patient died due to cardiopulmonary arrest secondary to head injury." The case is being investigated by Self Insp Sandeep Kumar SHO PS Rohru.

 

4. An Accident case FIR No 203/15 Dated 14.11.2015 U/S 279 IPC has been registered on the  Statement of Sh Ramesh chauhan Village Jai Kunj Near Seni Bye Pass Road Sanjauli  alleging therein that on dated 14.11.2015 at about 10.15 AM when he reached Indra Market he saw that his car No HP-63B-3700 has been hit by Pick up No  HP69A-0323. This accident occured due to rash and negligent driving of the driver Anil Kumar S/o Prakash Chand R/o Bilaspur. The case is being investigating by HC Shahsi Bhushan I/O  PP City Rampur.

 

5. During last 24 hours 137 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 50 and fine realized Rs. 21.200/-
