Crime Report 07 November2015

1. An Accident case FIR No194/15 has been registered at PS Rampur 06.11.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Pardeep Kumar S/o Sh Kishori Lal Village Baja P/o Tecklech Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 06.11.2015 at about 12:15 PM  t one car No HP- 06C-2346 met with an accident near Dohri Mod Bahali. In this accident  three persons namely Chander Shekher, Jai Bhadur, Pasrshottam died on the spot and two persons namely Ramesh and Roshan Lal sustained injuries.This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of the driver Sh Jai Singh.The case is being and investigating by SI Ganga Dev IC/I/O PpP Tecklech.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 110/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 06.11.2015 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MVAct on the statement of Harish Chand S/O Late Sh. Maya Nand R/O VPO Shahdhar Tehsil & PS Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging stated therein that today he was going to Jhagtan from Rohru in his vehicle No HP-62B- 1041with Varun Negi, Pradeep Kumar, Yogu, Boby. When he reached near Sandaur a Car unknown No came rashly from wrong side and hit his vehicle and run away from the spot.The Case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal PP Tikkar.

3. An Accident case FIR NO. 182/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 06-11-15 U/S 279,337, IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Verma S/o Sh. Paras Ram Verma R/o Vill Karyal PO Kandru Tehsil Theog stated therein that on 05-11-2015 he was coming to home from kotighat in the vehicle No. HP 62C-0436  bolero camper. When vehicle reached near Thathal nala the driver of vehicle lost control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and it rolled down 200 meter from the road. In this accident complainant, driver Kushal and other one person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/C PP Matiyana.  

4. An Accident case FIR NO. 184/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 06-11-15 U/S 279,337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Aangtu Ram Vill Janahan PO Devthi Tehsil Theog stated therein that on 06-11-2015 he was going to Ghund in vehicle No. HP 09A-3137 maruti car alongwith Rakesh and Virender. When they reached near Ghund at about 07-00 PM the driver Rakesh lost the control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and rolled down from the road. In this accident Virender died and he and Rakesh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Yogesh I/O PS Theog. 

5. A Criminal breach of trust case FIR No 409/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 06.11.2015 U/S 407, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Anil Chandel S/o Sh Durga Dass Chandel R/o village Sadrona Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that he has Sold his 350 boxes of apples to Ashwani Chaudhary & his friend Aman Kumar transporter at Dhalli Subzi Mandi.He went several times to their office but they did not pay the apple payment Rs. 5 lac 65 thousand and when he asked them to paid the money thay threatened him with dire consequences.  The case is  being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Dhalli. 

6. A Trespass case FIR No. 183/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 06-11-2015 u/s 451,323,506 IPC on the complaint of Principal Govt. Sen.Sec. School Sainj Distt. Shimla alleging therein that in four persons  namely Ankit S/o Roshan Lal Village Thanadhar Balson,Narender S/o Narayan Singh Chandel vill Katiana,Nikhil  vill Theog, Nitish Vill Banari kot  have entered in shool premises along with a vehicle No DL-9CK-1629 And quarrel with our school student & Teachers and threatened him with dire consequences .The case is being investigating by HC Yogesh I/O PS Theog.

7. During last 24 hours 274 vehicles challaned under M.V Act and  03 persons challaned under smoking  Act. Total Challan compounded = 123 and fine realized Rs. 45,200/-
