Crime Report 20 November, 2015

1. A Cheating case FIR NO. 326/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 19-11-2015 u/s 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/o Sh. Hem Singh R/o Vill Satrehar PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi alleging therein that he and Mohit Rawat  knows each other for three years.  Pankaj Kumar friend of Mohit Rawat assured them that he will provide them job in Hindustan liver company and asked for resume.  Complainant and Mohit Rawat send him resume through E-mail and deposited total Rs. 3 lacs in the bank account of Pankaj Kumar in different dates to get job in the Hindustan liver Company. But, now Pankaj Kumar switched off his mobile and cheated them for Rs. 3 lacs. The case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh I.O PS Sadar.  
2. An Accident case FIR NO. 187/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 19-11-2015 U/S 279 337 304A IPC PS  on the rukka of HC Sanjeej Kumar I.O PS Theog stated therein that on 19-11-2015 one vehicle No. HP09C-0399 met with an accident at Khanu Sandhu-Koti road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Mohan lal S/o Devi Ram R/o Vill Bot PO Parala Tehsil Theog and rolled down 300 meter from the road. In this accident Punit S/o Gian Singh R/o Vill Kun PO Parala died on the spot and Pankaj S/o  Ram Lal Vill Baginal Po Parala Tehsil Theog and driver Mohan Lal sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev I.O PS Theog.
3. During last 24 hours 223 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 71 and fine realized Rs. 34,200/-
