Crime Report on 04 November, 2015

1. An Excise act case FIR No. 62/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 03-11-2015 u/s 39(1)(A) of Excise Act on the ruka of ASI Raj Kumar I.O PS Jubbal stated therein that on 03-11-2015  he alongwith staff was on traffic checking duty near Pangla  main road Anti (Kuddu). During checking of vehicles he recovered 25 boxes of various English liquor as  Royal stage 05 boxes, Green label 05 boxes, Royal challenge 05 boxes and bear marka thunderbolt 10 boxes, from the possession of  Yashpal S/o Sh Jagat Ram VPO Pandranoo Tehsil Tiuni Distt Dehradun Uttrakhand. The case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar I.O PS Jubbal.

2. A House Trespass case FIR No. 406/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 04-11-215 u/s 451,341,323,506 IPC on the complaint of Gurpreet Singh S/o Sh. Tirath Singh C/o Ashok building Lower Sangti Housing board colony Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 03-11-2015 at about 08-20 PM one boy came in his shop and asked for recharge in credit. When he asked him that he didn't recharge in credit boy starting abusing him, beaten him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginger Singh I.O PS Dhalli.

3. A Wrongful confinement case FIR NO. 180/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 04-11-2015 u/s U/S 341,342,323,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Om Parkash s/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Vill Nagodhar PO Sarivan Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today when he was going to Rahighat to meet his friend Sonu at the same time some boys obstructed his way and took him into the shop of Sumit(Simpi) where Sumit and other boys beaten him and restraint him into the room. The case is being investigated by Hc  Sanjeev Kumar I.O PS Theog.

4. During last 24 hours 309 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 105 and fine realized Rs. 52,600/-.
