Crime Report on 08 November 2015

1. A Ganbling Act case FIF No 25/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 08.11.2015 U/S 3,4 Gambling act on the rukka of SI/SHO Sandeep Sharma alleging therein that on intervening night 07.08/11.2015 When he was on patrolling duty along with Staff to Kupvi Bazaar .During the patrolling he got secret information regarding gambling  .They went at  informed place  and Recovered Rs 43,860/- from the possession of Jai Prakesh tenent of the house. The case is being investigating by SHO  SI  Sandeep Sharma.

2.    A Gambling Act case FIR 109/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 08.11.2015 U/S 3-4,-3 of 1867 Public gambling act been  on the Rukka of ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj that A Secret In formation received at PP sainj on today at 7:00 AM Morning That Some persons are playing gambling at the village Bhutti in the house of Pawan S/o Sh Kumar S/o Lt Sh Dharam Paul R/o Vill Bhutti Tehsil Kumarsain. Received this information Self along with staff rushed to the spot at Bhutti in private vehicle . Reached at Bhutti Two Private person's Namely Gian Chand Vice Persident and Ram Krishan both the villagers of Bhutti assembled in raiding party and conducting the raid and search  in this house of Above Pawan . and recovered 1,53,900 Rupees  from 24 Persons who were plying  the  Gamble. The case is being investigating by ASI Hem  Chand I/C PP Sainj.

3.    An Accident Case FIR No 24/15 has  been registered at PS Kupvi on 07.11.2015 U/S 279, 337,304A on the statement of Sh.Jagat Ram S/o Magh Ram R/o Village Bohara P/o Kulag Teshial  Kupvi Distt.Shimla alleging therein that on 07.11.2015 at about 3:50 PM when he was present his home he sow one vehicle No HP 08A- 1664 Bolero camper met with accident near at shimnu and three persons namly Sh Kundan Singh S/o Balu Ram R/o village Nora ,Sh Tanuj S/o Amar Singh R/o Village Dhar Teshil Kupvi and Joginder S/o Durga Singh R/o Village Baggi Teshil Kupvi Died on the spot.Sh Ajay S/o Kundan Singh R/o Nohara R/o Kupvi has sustained injuries.The case is being investigating by SHO/ SI PS Kupvi.

4.     An Act endangering life case FIR No 108 /15 has been registered at PS Rampur 07.11.2015 U/S 336, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh. kanshi Ram S/o Sh Hiku Ram R/o VPO fancha Tehsil Rampur Distt shimla alleging therein  that on 07.11.2015 when his son  Jiya Lal went to his house At Dhara Por(Fancha) he saw that his house had been burnt by Avtar Singh Manager Kurmi Energy  Company in intervening  night of 06/07.11.2015.The  case is being investigating by HC Gopal Singh N/o 216 I/O P.P. Ganvi.

5.      A Theft case FIR No.273/15 has been registered atPS West  on.8.11.15 U/ S 457, 379 IPC P.S on the statement of Sh Rakesh Kumar Bhardwaj S/o Sh Radha Krishan R/o Bhardwaj Building Airport Road Majiyath P/o Totu Thesil Shimla alleging therein that he went his village along with his wife.When they reached his village his son told him through telephone that some unknown person has stolen away Sumsung LCD ,Leptop,Nikon Coolpix-L-26 & a ladies wallet from above mention address. The case is being investigating by ASI Praveen Rana I/O PP Jatog .

6.    During last 24 hours 284 vehicles challaned under M.V Act and  06 persons challaned under smoking  Act. Total Challan compounded = 116 and fine realized Rs. 49,100/-
