Crime Report on 09,November 2015

1. An Accident Case FIR NO 63/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 08.11.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the statement of  Sh.Manjat Ram S/o Sh Nantram R/o Moral P/o Pandranoo Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla  alleging therein that while  he alongwith his reletives  were coming from  kinnaur.  When  they reachead  near kuddu suddenly driver  vinod kumar has lost his control over the vehicle  and vehicle felt down from the road. In this incident all persons sustained injures.The case is being investigating  by  HC  Gopal  Singh  I/o PP  Sarswati Nagar.

2.   An Accident case FIR No 196/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 08.11.15 U/S 279,337,304A  IPC & 187 M.V. Act on the complainant of Sh. Nagesh Kumar S/o Sh. Kesru Ram Vill. Salan P/o Moda Tehsil Saluni Distt. Chamba alleging there in that on 08.11.2015 about 5:20PM  he was going towards Bhadrahs in vehicle No HP HP-06A- 6511 when he reached near  Nirsu one Bolero camper No HP 06A 9003 came from Bhadrash side and hit his vehicle and one another Car No HP 34A-1684.The accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Bolero Camper's driver namely  Hira lal S/O Sh. Kishan Dass Village UrmanTehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla.In this incident two persons substained injuries and one person namely Kehar Singh S/o Sh. Chhade Ram Vill. Chhoyal,Khokhan Tehsil & Distt. Kullu died in hospital.The case in being investigating by HC Janak Raj No 64/o PS Rampur.

3.  An Accident case FIR No 415/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.11.2015 U/S 279, 337, 34  IPC on the statement of Smt. Vaisnavi Sood W/o Sh Ritesh Sood R/o Banta Niwas near Post office Mashobra Tehsil Shimla alleging therein that on 08.11.2015 about 1:30 PM she was sitting along with her  neighbour namely Nidhi Goyal at out side her home at the same a vehicle No HP 63-1649 Pickup came there rasly hit both of them and sustained injuries.This accident happened  due to rash and negligent driving of Rakesh. The case is being investigating by HC Shashi Pal I/O PP Mashobra .

4.  An Accident case FIR NO 62/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 08.11.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Devraj S/o Late Sh.Sahj Ram R/o village Jaishi P/o Bharrara Tehsil suni alleging therein   that on 08.11.2015 near about 7:45 PM  Santram village Jaisi P/o Bharara Tehsil Suni coming back from Jaisi to Suni has lost his control on vehcle No HP-03D- 2382 & fell 250/330 feet down from the road. The case in being investigating by ASI Om Prakesh I/C PP Jalog. Case FIR No. 274/15 Dated 09.11.2015 U/S 451,427,504,506,34 IPC 

5.  An Accident Case FIR No 112/15 has been registred at PS Kumarsain on 09.11.2015 U/S 279,337,304 IPC on the statement of Ram Dass S/o Sh Danti Ram R/o VPO Kinnu Tehsil Rampur alleging therein that today about 6:00 AM he was trevling towards Shimla along with his Daughter namely Jyoti ,his son Monmohan & Son-in- Low Ashok Kumar in his vehicle No HP-06A-6104 .Ashok kumar was driving the vehicle.Near Narkanda his vehicle met with accident due to rash & negligent driving of Ashok Kumar.In this accident his son Manmohan Died on the Spot .His daughter,jyoti and son –in-law sustained injuries.The case is being investigating by HC Dev Raj I/O PP Narkanda.

6.  A Trespass case FIR No 274/15 has been registered at PS West 0n 08.11.2015 U/S 451,427,504,506 & 34 IPC on the statement of Charan Singh S/o Sh Late Sh Dina Nath R/o Chaudhary Niwas Hira Nagar Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 08.11.2015 near about 11:30 his neighbour namely Sunil Kumar S/o Late Sh Kundan Lal  along with his relatives came to his home and broke his new constructed house and threatened him with dire consequences .The case is being investigating by ASI Praveen Rana I/C PP Jatog.

7.   During last 24 hours 202 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 70 and fine realized Rs. 28,800/-
