1. A Theft case FIR No. 108/15 has been registered at PS East on 29-11-2015 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o Sunny Cottage Junga road chilly road Shimla alleging therein that on 28-11-2015 he had parked his cousin vehicle No. HP 21A-7557 Maruti car at Junga road Chaili. On 29-11-2015 morning he found that some unknown person has stolen the above vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar I.O PP Vikas Nagar.  
2. A Theft case FIR NO. 122/15 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 30.11.15 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Ashok Chauhan S/o Sh. Prithvi Raj R/o Vill. Bhamnala PO. Kutara Tehsil Rohru alleging therein that in the intervening night of 28/29-11-2015 some unknown person has stolen away his motor cycle No. HP10A-1856 Bajaj XCD135 parked at Bhamnala. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh I.O.  PS Rohru.
3. A Trespass  case FIR No 516/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 29.11.2015 U/S 451,504,506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Ramji  Dass R/o Kodu Mal Building Mashobra alleging there in that  on 29-11-15 Dila Ram Kashyap and Vineet entered in his premises, abusing manhandled and threaten with dire consequences to complainant, his wife and son. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/C PP Mashobra.

Crime Report On November 29, 2015.

1. A Kidnapping case FIR No. 292/15 has been registered at PS West on 28-11-15 U/S 363 IPC on the statement of Smt. Nisha D/O Sh. Rama Nand R/O Vill. Raghora, PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla A/P V.P.O. Jathia Devi, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that her nefew Neeraj S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Bagain, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla is residing with her for the last one year and he is studying in 11^th Class at GSSS Khalag. On dated 27.11.2015 he went to school and not returned back to home till today. She searched him in her all relationships but could not be traced out. The case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal PP Jatogh, PS West, Shimla.
2. A Prevention of Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 505/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28-11-2015 u/s 3 of HP open places prevention of disfigurement act, 1985,  on the rukka of ASI Dharam Singh I/O PP Sanjuali, PS Dhalli, stated therein that when he was on duty at local Bus Stop engineghar Sanjauli, he found a poster marked as "WONDER YEARS PRE NURSERY/ NURSERY OPPOSITE INDANE SANJAULI 0177 2843104, 9816645600" pasted on electric pole over there illegally. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh I/O PP Sanjauli, PS Dhalli, Shimla. 
3. A Prevention of Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 510/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28-11-2015 u/s 3 of HP open places prevention of disfigurement act, 1985,  on the rukka of HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli, stated therein that on dated 28.11.2015 at 3.55 PM when he was on duty at Chalounthi bifurcation, he found a poster marked as "KES, BANK PO, CLERICAL, HP ALLIED ETC. MOB. NO. 94186 61276" pasted over there illegally. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli, PS Dhalli, Shimla.

An Accident Case FIR No. 29/15 has been registered ar PS Kupvi on dated 28.11.15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi, stated that one vehicle No. HP 08A-1665 Bolero Camper met with an accident near Bus stop Village Mashot, G.P Jubbli, Tehsil Kupvi in which one person/Driver Vikrant S/O Sh. Daulat Ram Village Mashot sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to the negligence of above Driver Vikrant. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O P.S Kupvi. 
5. An Accident Case FIR No. 293/15 has been registered ar PS West today on 29.11.15 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jagdish Kumar S/O sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Bhaloh, PO Ghannahatti, Teh. & Distt Shimla presently security guard at Snow View Automobile alleging therein that when he was on duty on the intervening night of 28/29.11.2015 at 12.30 AM, an Eisher Canter NO. HR 68A-5245 struck with a scorpio parked there and broken the doors of above scorpio. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh I/O P.S West. 
6. An Accident Case FIR No. 122/15 has been registered ar PS Kumarsain today on 29.11.15 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of sh. Navender Kanwar S/O Sh. Kapur Singh R/O Vill. Chhakdyal, PO Kamla Nagar, Teh. & Distt Shimla stated that on dated 29.11.2015 he alongwith his friends was going to Hattu Temple Narkanda, in his Santro car No. HP 03C-3109, when they reached near Konthlu Morh Narkanda, the driver lost his control over the car and rolled down about 200 mtrs from the road. In this accident they all four persons sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar I/O PP Narkanda, PS Kumarsain.
7. During last 24 hours 190 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 98 and fine realized Rs. 42, 000/-

Crime Report 28 November, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 211/15 has been registered at PS Rapur on 27-11-15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur stated therein that on 27-11-2015 at about 03-00 am during Nakabandi at Nogli vehicle No HP 25B-0707 Pickup intercepted by him. During search  he recovered 70 boxes country liquor from the possession of Sh. Jai Singh and Pawan Kumar. The case is being investigating by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur.
2. A Criminal breach of trust by public servant case FIR No. 65/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 28-11-2015 u/s 409 IPC on the complaint of Junior Superintendent of Post Office Shimla alleging therein that Sh. Parkash Mansaik S/o Sh. Michhu Ram posted as Post Man at Post office Gumma has misappropriated the amount Rs. 25,000/- from the credit of different accounts of rural life insurance policies at Post office branch Gumma. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh I.O PS Kotkhai.  
3. A Mischief by fire case FIR No. 212/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 28-11-15 u/s 435 IPC on the statement of Sh. Krishan Dev S/o Subhash Chand R/o Ward No-1 Kalyanpur Tehsil Rampur Bushehar Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 27-11-15  he had parked his alto car No. HP06A-3332 on road side. Today morning he found that some unknown person has burnt his above vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Shashi Bhushan I.O PP City Rampur.

1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 210/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26.11.15 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Karam Chand, I/O PS Rmapur, Shimla alleging therein that on 26.11.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/ law & order duty at Lavi Mela Ground Pat Bangla. When he was searching the accused, arrested in case FIR No. 209/15 U/S 13, Public Gambling Act, he recovered 28 gram opium from the possession of Abhishek S/o Sh. Sudesh Kumar R/o Sodal Nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab. The case is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand I/O PS Rampur.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 119/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 26-11-2015 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC on the statement of Sh. Upender Ram S/O Sh. Lalu R/O Dhanchawar PO Mugmakala Tehsil & PS Pandu Distt. Plamu Jharkhand alleging therein that today he a/w 43 other persons was going from Patsari to Mahendli in a tipper No. HP 72-1307, at about 02.30pm when they reached near Sandaur, at the same time, a Motor Cycle No. HP 10A 7225 came rashly in wrong side and collide with tipper. In this accident, Sh. Sohan Lal rider of above M/Cycle died on the spot and another woman sustained injury. The case is being investigated by the   ASI Kamal  Nain  I.O PS Rohru.
3. A Kalandra u/s 3,4 gambling Act has been registered at PS Rampur against 05 persons namely Vikas S/o Pawan Kumar, Sushil Kumar S/o Sh. Maina Ram, Yog Raj S/o Sh. Joban Dass, Surinder Kumar S/ o Sh. Charan Dass and Pardeep Kumar S/o Roshan Lal. All above persons found playing gambling in the room of Naveen Kumar S/o Leela Chand at present Tenant in the house of Prem Singh, ward No.-1, Kalyanpur Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla and recovered Rs. 24,700/- on the spot.

1. An ND&PS act case FIR No. 80/15 Dt. 25.11.15 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Chirgaon has been registered on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 25.11.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. At about 04-30 PM, when they reached near Ranol Kainchi, two pesons namely Rupinder Singh S/o Sh. Bhagat Singh & Jash Pal S/o Lt. Sh. Karam Dass (both) R/o Village Ranol, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, intercepted by them and recovered 4.320 Kg. Charas from their possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath, I/O PS Chirgaon.
2. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 209/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 26-11-2015 u/s 13 Gambling act on the rukka of ASI Karam Chand I/C PP City Rampur stated therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling/Mela duty at Pat bangla ground Rampur. During patrolling 04 persons namely Rama Nand, Abhishek, Chintamani and Nonu found playing gambling and recovered 7100/- on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand I/C PP City Rampur.
3. An Accident FIR No. 117/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25.11.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act on the statement of Akshay Chauhan S/O Sh. Dhamender Chauhan R/O VPO Samoli Tehsil & PS Rohru, Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that at about 03:10 pm when he and his friend Prajul were paked his Motor Cycle No. HP 10A 2651, at the same time, a pik up No. HP 62A-1762 came rashly and negligently from Rohru side and hit his above motor cycle and run away from the spot. In this accident he and his friend sustained injuries. The case is being  investigated by SI Vikas Sharma Addl. SHO PS Rohru.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 118/15 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 26-11-15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ajay Tanta S/o Sh. Harish Chand Tanta R/o Mohana PO Dochi Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla  alleging therein that today he was going towards Rohru in his brother Vehicle No. HP52B-3100 (Scorpio). At  about 10.30 Am when he reached near Mehandali bridge a vehicle No. HP01A-1647 came rashly and negligently in wrong side and hit his vehicle. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by the   ASI Kamal  Nain  I.O PS Rohru.
5. An Accident case FIR No. 60/15 has been registered at PS Chopal on 26-11-2015 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the ruka of ASI Ram Gopal I.O PS Chopal alleging therein that in the intervening night 25-26-11-2015, a santro car bearing no. HP08A-1110 met with an accident near Dhabas Kenchi due to rash and negligent driving of driver and rolled down 120 meter down from road.  In this accident Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Mohar Singh R/o village Shanag P.O. Jhiknipul Pargana Shak Tehsil Chopal District Shimla presently posted in Himachal Pradesh Police as constable at PS Chopal died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal.
6. During last 24 hours 278 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act and 02 challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 192 and fine realized Rs. 49,000/-

1    ND &PS Act case FIR No. 66/15 Dt. 24.11.15 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sunni has been  registered on the rukka of ASI Prem Lal, I/O PS  Sunni, Shimla alleging therein that on 24.11.2015, during Nakabandi duty at Gharatnala one Motorcycle No. HP-11-8187 along with rider   namely Hemraj S/o Sh. Parkash Chand R/o Village Majyat, PO Arki & Devender S/o Sh. Rajende R/o Village & PO Arki intercepted by them and recovered 100 gram Charas from their possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS  Sunni.

 

2    An Accident case FIR No. 106/15dated 24/11/15U/s 279  IPC has been registered on the statement of Nikhil Baragta S/o  Sh. Vipoi Sharma R/o Baragta Niwas New Shimla that on 23.11.15 he was driving his vehicle HP 03C-9772 at about 11.40 PM when he reached at Mehali a Tipper No. HP 63-4783 came from  Panathaghati side in rash and negligent manner and hit his vehicle and damaged his vehicle. Above Tipper was driven by driver Mr. Sanjay Kumar S/o Devi Chand . Case is being investigated by ASI  Dalip Singh I/o PP Kasumpti Shimla

 

 

3    An Accident case FIR No 289/15 dated 25-11-2015 U/S 279,304 (A) IPC PS West Shimla has been registered on the statement of Sh.Tej Pal s/o Sh. Ram Vir Singh Village & P.O Kakor Kalla PS Chpparoli distt. Bagpat UP at present constable in CISF Airport Jubbarhati alleging therein that on 24-11-2015 when  was on duty  at RP Post -3 Air Port Jubbarhati at about  8-20 PM one Jeepsy No HP 62 A -0154 came on the Airport runway  rashly and negligent driving by Mr. Parshotam and rolled down his vehicle (Jeepsy as above) on the Air port runway. in this accident  Mr  Parshotam  driver died due to grievous injuries and heavy bleeding on the spot of  this accident by rash and negligent driving by himself. Case is being investigated by HC Surash Kumar  No 157 I/O PP Jatog

 

4    An Accident Case FIR No. 59/15 Dated 25.11.2015 U/S 279,304(A) IPC PS Chopal has been registered on the    On dated 24.11.2015 at about 7.10 PM on Tipper No. HP 07D-0965 owned by Sh. Tirolk Thakur met with an accident near Newat driven by Roop Singh. Tippar fall down 150 Ft form road driver died on spot postmortem will be conducted at CH Nerwa. case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh No. 214 I/O PS Chopal.

Mangalsain Nepal C/o Sh Balwant khanan village Shiladesh Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla HP . stated that on dated on dated 25-5-15 at about 1-30 am a vehicle No 10B-093 met with an accident near Chanshal Ghati due to the negligent driving by  of driver Sunil . 5 person namely Raju, Narayan, Bharti and complainant Kamal Bhadur got injuries in this accident . case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep kumar I/o of this PS Chirgoan

Shimla alleging therein that to day when his son Mr. Sunil was playing at his own lantern, the dog of Mr. Bali Ram was always  moving openly  near by the lantern/house  of Mr  Suresh Kumar every time .Today his dog was  bite his son and got injuries . 7    A  Assault or criminal force to deter public servant case FIR No 189/15 dated 25-11-2015 U/S 353,332.34 IPC PS Theog has been registerd on the complaint of C Rakesh Kumar No 557 alleging therin that on 24-11-2015 he was present his law& order  with other employee of PS at Balag Akadish Fair at about 11 am some boys were having drink in the ground of Akadish fair and he stopped to taking wine openly in the mean time one boy Mr Sanju R/o village Kalaish Theog has thrown stone on the head of constable Rakesh Kumar in which  he has got injuries in this incident. 8    An Accident case FIR No 190/15 dated 25-11-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC PS Theog has been registered on the statement of Rahul S/o Sh. Hari Singh R/ Village Bagra P.O balag Te3hsil Theog alleging therein that today he and his friend s namely Mr. Tulsi Ram Sunil and Vikram  are going to Halog  in his vhicle No HP 09-A- 4113 when they reached at Mypul driver of this  vehicle  has lost his control on his vehicle and  rolled down in to Nala    due to rash and negligent driving by driver. In this accident all sitting persons have  got injuries . Case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh No110 I/o PS theog

 

 

9    A Gambling act case FIR No 191/15 dated 25-11-2015 U/S 3,4 The public gambling act has been registered on the ruka of ASI Kashav Chand I/c PP Chhella. Today when he was on patrolling duty with his staff at Paralla they got information that some person were plying gambling in the house of Uma Dutt at Parala on this true information police caught red handed some persons who are playing gambling in the house of Uma Dutt  and recovered Rs 82000/= from the possession of 6 persons case is being investigated by Kashv Chand I/C PP Chhalla.

 

10         A Gambling act case FIR No 192/15 dated 25-11-2015 U/S 3,4 The public gambling act has been registered on the Ruka of HC Ashok Kumar No 1682 PS Theog  today when he was on patrolling duty with his staff at Tikkari ghati road they got  true information that some persons are plying gambling in the house of Sh Jeet Ram  at Tikkeri In this information police caught  red handed some persons who are playing gambling  in the house of Sh. Jeet Ram at Tikkeri and recovered 1,32,500= from their  possession. Case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar PS Theog

1. An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No.116/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 23.11.2015 U/S 353, 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/O Village Langat PO Barmana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur HP A/P Driver HRTC Depot Rohru alleging therein that on   21-11-2015 he was on duty route from Rohru to Sharog in bus No HP10A-2579. At about 04-10 PM when he was present at bus stand Rohru at the same time Sh. Jagdish Retka came there manhandle, abused and  obstructed him to discharge Govt. duty. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I/C PP City Rohru.

An Accident  case FIR No 65/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 23-11-15 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Chunni Lal S/o Prem Lal Vill. hiwan PO Rewag Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla stated therein that one vehicle No. HP03-0953 met with an accident near Hiwan and rolled down 100 meter from the road due to rash and negligent driving of Hem Singh R/o Seri PO. Mandhodghat. In this accident Hem Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I.O PS Sunni.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 121/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 23-11-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Kashmiri Lal S/o Sh. Narshi Ram R/o Patti PO Rajhyan Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 23-11-2015 he was going to Shimla in his vehicle No. HP 63 5274 (Truck). At about 09-04 PM when he reached near Shanad rain shelter at the same time on Maruti car No. HP03-2266 came rashly and negligently and collide with his vehicle. In this incident the driver of Maruti car Shankar S/o Sh. Devi Ram R/o Vill Danda Shanti Kuteer Chakkar, Totu Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I.O PS Kumarsain.  
4. During last 24 hours 174 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act, 02 challan under smoking Act and 01 Challan under Mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 64 and fine realized Rs. 44,300/-

A Gambling Act case FIR No. 188/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 23-11-2015 u/s 3,4 Public Gambling act on the rukka of HC Ashok Kumar I.O PS Theog stated therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Sainj. On the secret information he alongwith staff raided the house of Munish Verma where 09 persons found playing gambling and recovered 24,500/- on the spot. An Excise Act case FIR NO. 330/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 22-11-15 u/s 39(1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ram Pal stated therein that on 22-11-2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty near old cow shed, Sunder building Shimla-1. During patrolling he intercepted one person namely Balbir @ Gulli S/o late Sh. Ramesh Singh R/o Quarter No.-1, labour hostel, Krishna Nagar Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal orange from his possession. On 20-11-2015 when he checked his motorcycle in the parking he found that some unknown person has stolen away his motorcycle. The case is being investigated by HC Raj Kumar I.O PS East.
2. A Grievous injury case FIR No. 206/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 20-11-2015 u/s 325,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Sheela W/o Amar Singh Vill Jagat Khana Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu alleging therein that on 19-11-2015 she was selling Non.Veg (i.e. Muton, poty & Gimta)  at Old bus stand Rampur. At about 05-00 PM three other Non.Veg. Seller Smt. Jai Mala, Roshani Devi and her sister beaten her and she sustained  injuries. After that  she was medically examined at MGMSC Khenri and MO Khenri opined that she has sustained grievous injuries in this incident. Shimla alleging therein that on 19-10-15 at about 03-10 PM his wife Smt Archana Kumari was present at Sanjauli chowk alongwith children. Mandi alleging therein that he and Mohit Rawat  knows each other for three years.  Pankaj Kumar friend of Mohit Rawat assured them that he will provide them job in Hindustan liver company and asked for resume.  Complainant and Mohit Rawat send him resume through E-mail and deposited total Rs. 3 lacs in the bank account of Pankaj Kumar in different dates to get job in the Hindustan liver Company. But, now Pankaj Kumar switched off his mobile and cheated them for Rs. 3 lacs. The case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh I.O PS Sadar.

An Accident case FIR NO. 187/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 19-11-2015 U/S 279 337 304A IPC PS  on the rukka of HC Sanjeej Kumar I.O PS Theog stated therein that on 19-11-2015 one vehicle No. HP09C-0399 met with an accident at Khanu Sandhu-Koti road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Mohan lal S/o Devi Ram R/o Vill Bot PO Parala Tehsil Theog and rolled down 300 meter from the road. 4. An Accident case FIR No. 27/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 18-11-2015 u/s 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Attar Singh S/o Kali Ram R/o Vill Panog PO Kando bhatlog Tehsil Shilai Distt. Sirmour stated therein that on 18-11-2015 he alongwith Khattar Singh, Kundan Singh, Jeet Singh, Madan Singh, Yash Pal and Bishan Singh was going to Shilai from Bhalu-Kupvi in vehicle No. HP63-3463. When they reached at Thanah the driver of vehicle Bishan Singh lost control over the vehicle and it rolled down 40 meter from the road. In this accident Yashpal died and other persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Sandeep Kumar PS Kupvi.

Kulwant Singh Driver HRTC Local Unit Shimla-II alleging therein that on 12-11-2015 he went on the route Shimla to Kot in bus No. HP 63-907 and parked the bus at Kot. In the morning of 13-11-2015 he found that some unknown person has broken the lock of diesel tank and stolen away 50/60 liter diesel of bus. 2. A Theft case FIR No. 283/15  has been registered at PS West today on 18-11-15 U/ S  379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Singh S/o late Sh. Jeet Singh R/o House No. 1 near Govt. of India Press Tutikandi Shimla alleging therein that he is driver in Muncipal Corporation Shimla. On 17-11-2015 he has parked vehicle No. HP07A-0713 at 103 tunnel. Today morning when he checked the vehicle at 103 tunnel he found that some unknown person has stolen away the vehicle and parked it at Kandaghat in damaged condition. Vanivasa entered in his house and beaten her and her son Rakesh & daughter in law Anita. In this incident she and her daughter in law sustained injuries. Gopal Singh S/o late Sh. Neel Singh R/o Vill Malagan PO Kalihatti Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working in I&PH department (Ghech) Sub-Division Ghanahti Section Dhami. On 16-11-2015 he was on duty at village Ghech to repair the water pipes. When he was changing the water pipes at the same time Beli Ram S/o late Sh. Khayali Ram Vill Ghech and his family member came their and obstruct him to perform his duty, abused and manhandled him.  The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I.O PP Dhami PS West.
