PRESS RELEASE ON 11-08-2019

1. ND&PS Act: Case FIR No 179/19 dated 10.08.2019 U/S 21 ND & PS act has been registered at PS West Shimla on the ruka of HC Narender Kumar I/O SIU Shimla alleging therein that on 10.08.2019 at about 05.00 PM during Nakabandi/ checking duty near Tutikandi bifurcation, they recovered 12 Gram Chitta/Heroin from the possession of Aman Pandey S/O Sh Shiv Shankar Pandey R/O Set No.1 Type-2 new Totu Power House Shimla.  Case is being investigating by HC Rajinder Kumar.

2. Gambling Act: Case FIR No.114/19 dated 10.08.2019 has been registered at PS Rampur U/S 3&4 gambling Act on the rukka of HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on dated 10/8/2019 at about 05.15 PM  he along-with staff was on  patrolling duty at Nogli. During patrolling on secret information they recovered cash Rs.14130/-from gamblers by playing card. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur.

3.  Excise Act: Case FIR No.166/19 Dt.10.08.19 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Sadar on the ruka of ASI Girish Kumar I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleged therein that on dated 10/8/2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near HHH, then they intercepted a person namely Nitish Sharma S/O Lt. Sh Madho Ram R/O VPO Beolia Shimla and recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Rohru.

 

 4. Excise Act: Case FIR No.167/19 Dt.10.08.19 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Sadar on the ruka of ASI Ajeet Singh I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleged therein that on dated 10/8/2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Lift, then they stopped a vehicle No.HP62 1523 driven by Ravinder Sharma S/O Lt. Sh Braham Dass R/O Bhateti Pathian PO Dogi District Una A/P Mehali Shimla for checking and recovered 48 bottles of country liquor from his possession.

5. Excise Act: Case FIR No. 93/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on dated 10.08.2019 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of Insp/SHO PS Rohru alleging therein that on dated 10/8/2019 at about 7.00 PM  he along with staff was on  patrolling duty. When they reached at Ramteri they got secret information that Parshant Falta S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Village Ramteri PO Dharara Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla sold illegal wine in his shop. On this information they search his shop and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Rohru.

6. During last 24 hours 85 challan without seat belt, 05 challan Drunken driving, 21 without helmet, 36 without Driving Licence, 06 using mobile phone, 05 rash driving, 13 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
